Horrible customer service and does not care for the quality of their products. The owner was rude. He raised his tone at me and said that "if I keep on looking, of course, I will find flaws on my glasses". I paid a fair bit for the glasses. To start with if I had option I would give MINUS 100 stars to this place especially to the owner, bought 1st set of glasses about an year ago, paid fair bit for them, absolutely terrible experience just like many others on this form however wrongs were corrected, I am a firm believer in second chances, in last couple of weeks ordered quite expensive pair of Cartier prescription glasses with certain tint and the way I wanted lenses to be installed, received glasses with completely wrong tint, wrongly mounted lenses, at first owner of the shop try to force his WEIGHT around n try convincing "glasses were fine" when showed picture of what I ordered they backed off and ordered new lenses suggesting "it was an error on labs part" took couple of weeks to get replacement lenses, again they mounted lenses not the way I wanted and a questionable anti reflect, I was told to come in again to see what can be done, Bonnie agreed lenses were not mounted to my instructions then owner got involved telling his staff " I am not ordering another set of senses, I already ordered twice, tell the customer to either take it or leave it" if it is your mistake it doesn't matter how many times you order, all it means is how terrible your shop is that you cannot get it right in one, two or Gods knows how many tries, anyways after listening to his instructions I opted to "leave it" instead of taking what I didn't order, at that point this idiot started screaming and yelling, suggesting " I wont return your money" all the profanity used in yelling match was quite an experience to say the least. To the owner, This is not the last you will hear from me, I will drag you to small claims court, I have lots of free time, will be in front of your store for at least next few months letting your customers know WHAT KIND OF SCAMM YOU ARE as after getting our money upfront how your attitude changes when it comes to delivering what promised. I feel for your staff to be witnessing things this on ongoing bases and be working for an IDIOT like you. read more

I have nothing but love for this business! From the incredibly nice staff who greet you, to the Doctor who conducts the exam; I felt like I was in compassionate and competent hands. The store's hidden gem though is a lady named Bonny. She is the best thing there (and if you have never been there) a great reason to go. I have never worn glasses before. I have needed them for schoolwork in the last year, but I was intimidated by the process. I simply did not know where to start. the staff walked me through the steps expertly. I had a problem with the prescription where I couldn't see properly and this led to me not using my new glasses at all. They just sat on my desk. When I saw Bonny I told her that and she got me to come in immediately to fix this. I wouldn't of went back in to fix my new glasses if she had not been so insistent. Horrible place to go, staff are rude and don't listen to your needs! because they are family owned they are just looking for a quick buck, prices are very high comparable to other Eye clinic stores, Theres A lot of places with better customer service and deals ! They sold me the wrong brand contacts than I asked for and they sold me defective contacts, so I went in and asked them to swap it in which they created a huge issue. im just shocked at the lack of customer service skills! They don't fix their own mistakes even if they order the wrong contacts or glasses and tell you you don't remember what you bought LOL! read more

I am surprised this place doesn't have any reviews. Well let me be the first. I buy my contact lenses here pretty much all time, and honestly, they make it very easy and almost hassle free. Never got my eyes checked or anything like that here but I do see that they have decent collection of glass (prescription and sun-shades) ... also, I see a lot of kids here too, so i am sure the guy is doing a good job. The owner is very welcoming and strikes up a quick convo, which could just make someones day, so over all nice place and I would definitely like to give them my business in the foreseeable future. Prices aren't the best, but pretty darn fair. read more

I have been going to this store for over 8 years. Each year I buy 4 sets of glasses for my family. Customer service is great and I never worried about pricing since my extended medical covers my families glasses. Recently I went into the store to buy a new pair of sun glasses. Service was good as usual and they showed me many pairs. I found a pair I liked but seemed pricy at $279. I figured I would think it over and go across the street to Costco to do some shopping. When in Costco I noticed they had a optical section. I found the exact same pair of sun glasses for $89 ! Three times the price. Do your research before spending your hard earned money. Especially if you don't have extended medical. read more

This place is such a scam. Their super nice but as soon as they get your money, you'll see their true faces. What bothered me is that the big guy was forcing this lady with kids to get eye exams done "come on its free". She kept telling him they did few months but "its free every 6 months for kids" What a true loser, the other creeps their make you feel gross too the moment you walk in. I been going to this clown as of 2007 and recently I had my eyes checked 4 times in 2016. I had to pay for 2 of the eye check ups. which I had no issues (my work plan didn't cover the second exam ). on the 3rd call they sold me multi-focal after one month my vision became more difficult to see. I had spent $180 dollars on the recommended lens which were not supported by their doctor. (not to mention the 85 eye check up tines 2). Upon going back to talk to them about my difficulty the female staff member took charge and encouraged me to see their in house eye doctor. Doctor made a good call on changing the contact as they made error on the lens. During the eye exam the doctor admitted that its" trial and error" on the lens. as a client i just shared my issue on not seeing clearly. upon waiting outside to order the new lens the owner became very RUDE and Unprofessional towards me demanding that i pay him additional fee of 180 fee as I saw their doctor. I refused due to my experience of their staff guessing on the lens that "might " work. The owner had no common respect in communicating in any professional manner and not admit that they kept giving me contact lens that were "tial and error" Over the years I spent lot of money on my eye check ups, contacts, shades yet the owner had the nerve to say to me to leave his store due to their staff member calling me to book an apt to help me see with right lens. My average bill is always in 200 dollar range. like a typical hindu store owner they only care about their money and profit they don' t care on clients eyes just push a product on the client. I will never recommend or ever go back to this person store. There is a HUGE difference when the eye doctor owns the clinic and knows what they are doing rather then hiring staff and sitting back and counting the sales. Hi everyone, I went into Lens R us just looking for a nice new pair of glasses. I came in and was greeted by the owner, and I told him my budget was $150-$200 and that I was a student. He brought me to a section of glasses and showed me a pair. I ended up buying them for $150 and it was good until it broke the first time, then the second time, and at this point I told the owner that if they broke again I would like to exchange them for another pair, the receptionist, and the owner agreed to this idea. Low and behold, they broke a third time. I went in and I told them that I want another pair, and I'm willing to pay extra for it as well, I just wanted a pair that would last. He took my glasses and said that we cannot exchange them. I confronted them about our deal the last time I came, and he pretended he didn't know what I was talking about. I told him that if he goes back on his deal, I will just leave a really ugly review. He got angry and stomped all the way to a glass window full of glasses, aggressively opened them, and told me to choose a pair and continued calling me cheap,cheater, swindler. I tried to be civilized in this situation and I quote he said "do not argue with me, I know a swindler when I see one". I ignored his comments and continued to try on glasses, as I was reaching for a pair, he aggressively once more closed the glass window and told me to get out. Yes, he kicked me out of the store. I told him that this was not allowed as I paid for these services. He yelled at me, calling me more names and told me to come when he's not busy which was Monday. I left the store, really shocked and disturbed about the horrible customer service I have just received. Anyways, the weekend passed by and on Monday I came back, this time I came back with my boyfriends family just in case he tried to call me names again I had witnesses. My boyfriends family left the store after staying with me for 30 minutes. As soon as they left, the name calling continued. They even called me "the bad review girl". I picked out glasses, paid an additional 50$ for insurance, and left - leaving with more name calling etc. They told me they would call me when my glasses were finished which would take 2 days. It's been a week, and I called them and they told me they were ready since Wednesday, but no one of course bothered to call. I went in the store, and he was there still making awful comments. I am so happy I never have to deal with this awful company ever again. They are the worst thing that's ever crossed my path. I would never recommend this company to anyone, worst people, worst service, and worst quality. If there was an option to give them 0 stars I would - they deserve nothing. read more
