Exceptional customer service from Damion Poirier at Samy's Cinema!!…read more I came in because I needed help changing the language settings on my equipment from Japanese to English. Damion immediately understood the issue and fixed it in less than 15 seconds! His knowledge, professionalism, and efficiency were truly impressive. I got my Camera from Japan and apparently there is a whole forum online about how certain cameras from Japan are locked to the Japanese language, and people have to go through a third party to get this issue resolved includes installing a software and key in certain commands to be able to unlock or enable other languages which is risky and unsafe. What could have been a frustrating experience turned into a quick and effortless visit thanks to his expertise. He clearly knows his profession inside and out, and it's refreshing to encounter someone so capable, helpful, and confident in what they do. Damion is a tremendous asset to Samy's Cinema. If you need assistance, I highly recommend asking for him. Five-star service all the way!

I also had a video reprint it and that service was wonderful as well. It's more like a family atmosphere in there and there isn't anything they can't do or help you with. I've been going there for over 30 years and it's just wonderful. Enjoy and thanks to Management for having such an outstanding staff. You could definitely tell that they care about their customers as well as their employees, a beautiful atmosphere.

In addition, I compared their pricing with other places, and not only are they fair and affordable, but their pricing, considering the superb quality of the results, pleasantly surprised me.
