The backdrop of the room was a wall of windows, which allowed natural light to flow in. For breakfast, we setup food and coffee in their break room. We used the dining area with a large island for lunch. The setup and the design of the rooms made navigating the space super easy. Wall art and a Austin mural made the space interesting and inviting. The thoughtfully designed space made the area enjoyable to hold a retreat. Not sure of the cost, as I did not organize the retreat.

Rohan was recommended to me by our truly outstanding Compass real estate agent (she makes informed/careful recommendations) and she did not misguide us. Rohan was fast, communicative, and competitive. I shopped other loans and his rates and costs matched or bettered those I shopped. Rohan answered his phone, emails, and texts immediately. Initially, he provided a letter of pre-approval within 24 hours. My parents made the offer the day the house was listed and it was accepted within 24 hours. The letter of pre-approval was key. Once the offer was accepted, Rohan kept us on track and made sure we obtained all necessary documentation for the lender on time - no small task when assisting my older parents on a tight closing schedule. He was also pleasant and professional to speak with. He even offered to pick up a set of documents from my parents house at one point to make things easier for them and for me.
