The room had electrical sockets for computer usage and charging stations for your phone, if needed. In addition, the meeting features to large screens where everyone could view PowerPoint presentations from every vantage point in the room. The backdrop of the room was a wall of windows, which allowed natural light to flow in. For breakfast, we setup food and coffee in their break room. We used the dining area with a large island for lunch. The setup and the design of the rooms made navigating the space super easy. Wall art and a Austin mural made the space interesting and inviting. The thoughtfully designed space made the area enjoyable to hold a retreat. Not sure of the cost, as I did not organize the retreat.

I needed to assist them in obtaining a "bridge loan" to allow them to purchase their new home pending the sale of their previous home. Rohan was recommended to me by our truly outstanding Compass real estate agent (she makes informed/careful recommendations) and she did not misguide us. Rohan was fast, communicative, and competitive. I shopped other loans and his rates and costs matched or bettered those I shopped. Rohan answered his phone, emails, and texts immediately. Initially, he provided a letter of pre-approval within 24 hours. My parents made the offer the day the house was listed and it was accepted within 24 hours. The letter of pre-approval was key. Once the offer was accepted, Rohan kept us on track and made sure we obtained all necessary documentation for the lender on time - no small task when assisting my older parents on a tight closing schedule. He was also pleasant and professional to speak with. He even offered to pick up a set of documents from my parents house at one point to make things easier for them and for me. And during the closing, their was a misunderstanding on the home insurance premium and within a call and text Rohan had the issue resolved. Rohan is a person who simply gets the job done - fast and fair. Great package altogether. Can recommend his services without reservation.
