Got rescheduled for a day that wasn't great for me because their office books out so crazy far and they barely can fit you in. Had to cancel because my son was super sick so short of me bringing a sick kid to the office had to cancel. Told them I would pay the 50. Tried to re book they said not until I paid. I get it. Put me on a cancellation list for appointments though which makes zero sense. Called me I booked the appointment which was great because I had forgot. Got told THROUGH TEXT my appointment was cancelled due to not paying and not having records from 8 YEARS AGO. Shouldn't this have been told me when I made the appointment? Now I'm out an appointment AGAIN. I get it. Ok. Got records from old place. Still won't make me an appointment because the dates were not on the paper work. BUT TOOK MY 50 DOLLARS - and all because they couldn't see the dates on the paperwork?? You have my records and my money. Ok. Called old dentist office back and said they didn't send what they need. That dentist office was like yeah we did also they told me needing those records to make an appointment was crazy. Agreed. So I called back said Nevermind. Super annoyed. When I returned, they took an X-ray to address their mistake and then charged me $200 for it. The tooth still bothers me to this day. More recently, I was told they accepted my new insurance, had work done, and was later charged $500 because they "never accepted" it--despite admitting they knew that beforehand. They told me I was out of luck and that they don't work with my insurance because situations like this happen. On top of that, my dentist was switched to her sister without my knowledge, and after a routine filling I was in pain for weeks. Overall, this office is dishonest and I would not trust them

Instead, Oral Surgery Partners (OSP) made me pay the full cost up front, and then explained they would "refund" me if my insurance claim went through. Many weeks later, and after many phone calls to my insurance, I discovered that the claim was denied because OSP submitted the wrong code. OSP then told me that they would not resubmit the claim to my insurance - and why would they? They've already collected payment from me. Very shady and imo unethical billing practices -- BE WARNED.

I have had numerous negative experiences with dentists in the past, I was going there to address an…read moreinjury and I have generalized anxiety disorder so needless to say, I was dreading my appointment. Dr. Darmetko was in the hall where she could see me checking in and came over to say hi and welcomed me to the office. Since my previous dentist didn't even say hi in the beginning of the appointment, I already felt like this would be a better experience. When my appointment started, I admitted that due to my anxiety, I had not been to a dentist in a while. Dr. Darmetko assured me that this office is a no judgement and that being there in that moment was all that matters. Throughout the appointment Dr. D kept asking me how I was doing and reminding me that if I needed more novacaine or a break, just let her or the assistant Cari know. Cari was equally amazing! She got x-rays within seconds, after learning about my anxiety, she was so reassuring, encouraging and even got me laugh a few times. At the end of the appointment I told them that this was the calmest I have ever been during a dental appointment. Both of these ladies were genuinely happy to hear this and once again showed that they care about patients. I can't say enough about this office! I'm so happy to have found Beyond Dental

A couple years ago I decided to find a local dentist and tried this place negotiable to because it had good reviews. Turns out the dentist dr Haidar who treated me then is now the owner and I've been here multiple times since then but never had the chance to review the place. Today I went on and was greeted by Erica who always remembers me and Dr. Haidar and had a cleaning with Trevor. On the way out I saw Karima who also works the deal and gets me when Erica isn't there. My dental visits now are done in under an hour and my travel time is 5 minutes. So far with my dental insurance it's been great going there and I'm glad I have a dentist just 5 minutes from where I live. Also if you have children they even have a little play room for them to hang out while you get your dental work done.

They refused to look into my insurance to see if it would even be covered. They wouldn't let me leave until I paid it. I asked them to call my dad and they wouldn't. I have insurance. They told me to use my credit card, but I am in college and only work part time. I just switched here and have never been forced to pay on the spot like that. When I asked what I was paying for the receptionist laughed at me and got a woman to explain it to me but she didn't explain anything, only made me more confused. My parents were horrified they made me pay for a fee without telling me why. I have already made plans to switch dentists. The new dentist was just as confused by this as I am. Hopefully they process my refund soon.
