Dr. Darmetko was in the hall where she could see me checking in and came over to say hi and welcomed me to the office. Since my previous dentist didn't even say hi in the beginning of the appointment, I already felt like this would be a better experience. When my appointment started, I admitted that due to my anxiety, I had not been to a dentist in a while. Dr. Darmetko assured me that this office is a no judgement and that being there in that moment was all that matters. Throughout the appointment Dr. D kept asking me how I was doing and reminding me that if I needed more novacaine or a break, just let her or the assistant Cari know. Cari was equally amazing! She got x-rays within seconds, after learning about my anxiety, she was so reassuring, encouraging and even got me laugh a few times. At the end of the appointment I told them that this was the calmest I have ever been during a dental appointment. Both of these ladies were genuinely happy to hear this and once again showed that they care about patients. I can't say enough about this office! I'm so happy to have found Beyond Dental

*UPDATE* The complete story is in the reviews below. My daughter was seen at Advanced Dental over…read morethe summer. She had a very minor cavity on an upper tooth and a more serious issue on a lower tooth. The dentist who worked on her tooth decided to work on the easier issue on the top and did not work on the more serious issue with the lower tooth at all. Shortly afterward that dentist was no longer employed by Advanced Dental. However, instead of notifying us about the situation, no warning was given and no one from Advanced Dental let us know that from that point forward they would no longer be willing or able to treat our daughter. Instead, they waited until my wife took time off from work to bring our daughter in for her next appointment and when she arrived, she was told that our daughter wouldn't be seen because they no longer had a pediatric dentist. So, apparently something that could have been avoided with a 10 second phone call turned into my wife missing a half day of work and my daughter getting no dental work done. In the meantime our daughter's tooth began to get worse and Advanced Dental refused to complete the work they originally promised would be done. We tried to find other dentists but no one could see her at all or immediately, including the so called referrals that we received from Advanced Dental. Eventually, we found a dentist in Stoughton called Children's Dental Health Center and they could see her relatively quickly, but by the time she was seen her tooth had decayed so badly that she was almost in need of a root canal. She lived in pain for weeks. Thankfully, her tooth was saved but it was extremely close. As you can see, since then all we've been told by Advanced Dental is how they did nothing wrong and how they did all they could. Laughable. But, in response I would suggest that if a business of any nature starts a project and is then incapable or unwilling to finish it, at the very least they should inform or possibly warn the customer in advance. Obviously, a child suffering is extremely serious, but I would even hope that a roofer would let me know that they couldn't finish my roof before the next rain storm. I would hope that a mechanic would let me know that they couldn't finish fixing my transmission prior to me coming to pick up my car on the day I was scheduled to leave for a cross country road trip. But, I guess that kind of common decency was, in my opinion, lost on whoever is running Advanced Dental. It seems like the only word their staff knows in NO. Obviously, I'm only one voice but it seems like there are plenty of other unhappy people who have used this company. I couldn't recommend any more strongly to be weary of this dentist and try as hard as you can to find another dental organization that will hopefully not just abandon you or your child mid-project. And like I already mentioned, my wife and I were patients at Advanced Dental for over ten years and our children have been going there since they were born. In my opinion, I have no other word to describe this situation other than outrageous!

I wasted insurance money from other dentists because they couldn't fix my issue. After doing alot of research, I finally decided to call Allen Dental Braintree. Thanks to the front desk (Gina) who was very patient with me, explained and assured me that the dentists there can and will fix my issue. The dental hygienist Nicole also had a very friendly attitude and because of this, I felt less nervous. Other things I've noticed: I did feel my appt with the dentist was rushed. The place is roomy but there was some unpleasant smell in the waiting area. I got a sore throat a couple days later after the appt and I do think it was from this dentist office. I did not have any work done at this place so I cannot say about their work. But their referral specialist did fix my issue that had been bothering me for years. Wish I had found this place years ago.

After installing the crown I noticed food, a lot of food, getting caught under the crown so I made an appointment to see if there was anything he could do about it. That's when he yelled at me and told me he'd give me my money back. Save yourself a lot of grief and stay away from this "dentist".

The second visit was to start the treatment plan. I haven't been near a drill in a long time, and have had some really bad experiences before. But I felt so comfortable with their office I got myself in there. Debbie was so kind and made me feel comfortable, just like Santa did at my first visit. Dr. Pronczuk is very gentle and the Novocain was painless, and she actually numbed the teeth, something few dentists in the past had been able to do. The drilling was pain free ! Of course they're serious professionals but there's often an easy banter between the staff members, and also with the customers. My treatment plan was created to be cost effective and use my insurance when applicable. Today, my daughters had their first visit with him and a cleaning with Michelle. They loved it!
