All this man had to do was to replace several worn fillings for me, routine procedures that he should have had no issues accomplishing. Welp, this was too complicated of a job for him, as he completely altered the appearance, structure, and functionality of my teeth so much that I am no longer able to SPEAK or EAT properly. In fact, I now have a speech impediment, which I NEVER had before in my life, as a result of his subpar work. I do not even have the time or energy right now to explain what he did wrong and the MANY issues that have totally overtaken my life as a result, which I spend every waking moment thinking of. I will add more details later but, for now, I feel I have a moral obligation to warn prospective patients about Dr. Tudor's appalling lack of skill when it comes to the actual practice of restorative dentistry. PLEASE search both Yelp and Google for the lowest-rated reviews (on Yelp make sure you scroll all the way to the bottom and hit "see reviews not recommended") of his practice before you decide to let Dr. Tudor perform any work on your teeth. While misery generally loves company, I truly do NOT want this to happen to anyone else. Please, please do not let this happen to you, as well.

After one big strike out at another practice, I came here and Dr. Park and her team took excellent care of me! She is so kind and gentle. I had some fillings done, and she is really quick and has a fun banter with her assistant which helps me not think about getting my teeth drilled. I also recently had a cleaning with Hayley, and she was great too- super friendly! She was patient with me and it was a pretty painless and stress free cleaning. But right off the bat they seemed disorganized -- couldn't find paperwork, needed to ask us the same questions several times and the entire process took quite some time. The dental hygienist was very rough and to make matters worse not friendly AT ALL. All things I can usually look past and forget about to be honest. But the thing that stuck with me is the $900 bill we got after we both had a simple cleaning done. Once again I called them to ensure there wasn't a mistake as they told me the insurance would cover the cleanings. They said it is my fault I should have checked with the insurance first, there was absolutely nothing they could do and "too bad" in a nutshell. So that was my very first time getting royally screwed out of a thousand bucks as an adult even though I had dental insurance that would have covered everything. They were so very rude from beginning to end and I encourage you skip past and continue your search for one of the other hundreds of dentists based off of rt 53. It's worth it to look past this place.

I received multiple invoices in which I had to call my insurance to inform them of the issue since the dentist never contacted them. The woman I spoke with at the reception desk was extremely unprofessional, not listening to anything I said. I did everything in my end to inform the dentist of my new insurance and they did not do their job. I will no longer be going here and will tell my family who goes here to find a new place. When I didn't receive a call, I followed up and spoke with Miranda and the experience was incredibly frustrating. She was extremely difficult. Instead of helping, she was combative and dismissive. We went back and forth on the phone for about seven minutes over a simple request: arranging the follow-up call I had already been told to expect. I had to ask multiple times before she finally agreed to have the doctor call me directly. When I asked when I could expect the call, she told me the doctor is "busy all day, every day" and couldn't provide even a general timeframe. That response was unprofessional and unnecessary. I completely understand that doctors are busy but basic communication and courtesy should still apply. This interaction made an already stressful situation worse. I hope management addresses how patients are spoken to, because no one should have to push this hard just to receive follow-up.
