Dr. Rubeiz ("call me Tony") is a fantastic surgeon. His touch is deliberate but also very delicate. Post surgery, I'm experiencing little to no pain.......amazing! Dr. Rubeiz takes the time to explain everything, and is quite amenable to any and all questions. I also want to point out the friendliness of all the support staff at both locations. And the two dental assistants working with Dr. Rubeiz (Kelly in Plymouth and Erica in Norwell) are very professional, while also extremely friendly and caring! Hygienist Lisa was awesome with a hyper, cabin-fevered kiddo, giving names and "kid-friendly" applications to the entire cleaning process (my fave: Mr. Thirsty for the mouth vac). Any discomfort or unease from my boy melted away with her engaging conversation and demeanor. Thank you Lisa. Dr. Heather was direct and didn't try to upsell X-rays, procedures or anything - just straight-forward advice for the next six months of a constantly changing PreK mouth. I had my teeth cleaned at Dentists of Hanover three years ago. My teeth are so nice now!! My only regret is I have Masshealth and I wish I could go back. I don't have a full-time job, so I don't have dental insurance that is good. Every time I drive past Dentists of Hanover I think how clean my teeth are to this day!! They did a great job. Dr. Ibrahim isn't there anymore but he did a great job, too. They raise money for poor, international people who need their teeth done. I sure wish they'd consider accepting Masshealth. I can't get a full-time job at the moment. But as soon as I am able -- I shall return!!

I saw him today and I must say the expierence was quite terriable…read more For once I went there with no insurance, and charged me $425 for a simple tooth removel with forceps. I looked around and other surgeons charge roughly $200 for the procedure. While on top of that his secretary kept coming into the room before the procedure trying to collect the money, all while she told me to pay after when I simply offered to pay before the procedure. They also left out dirty needles and used saline medications on tray rack connected to the chair I had to sit in for the procedure. As you can see in the photo I took while in there. For the icing on the cake he refused to give me any form of pain medication, simply because I admitted I took a vicodin the previous day due to the enormous amount of pain I was in prior to the surgery. After this experience, I actually opened a yelp account to inform people of the terriable service you receive and how he over charges.
