I have had bad experiences in the past with dentists who arent very gentle, dont explain things clearly and do so-so work. Dr Chong and her team are wonderful people who always make you feel calm during your appointments. You always know what is about to happen, how its going to be done and how much it costs. After they helped me with a dental emergency, Dr Chong and her team have done a gum cleaning, multiple fillings and we have more treatments planned. Whether you are trying to turn your dental health around like me, or just looking for the best dentist I recommend Dr Chong with unwaivering confidence because i know you will be well taken care of.

Today was a busy day and it would've been nice if someone had told me that they were running late, but the new procedure chairs are VERY comfy so I did some deep breathing. Dr. McDonald was very positive, explained the relatively simple procedure I was having, and was understanding of my fear of the Novocain needle. The assistants are always very friendly and upbeat. The results of the bonding procedure are beautiful and the price seems quite reasonable.

Over the years, I've been fortunate to find a handful of healthcare practices that combine exceptional expertise with genuine kindness and warmth. Riley and Han Dental Associates is one of them. In my opinion, it is the finest dental practice in the Boston area. I've been treated by both Dr. Riley, IV, and Dr. Han, whose skill, precision, and artistry are evident in the excellent work they've done for me. I've also had the pleasure of interacting with many members of their team, and every one of them has been professional, knowledgeable, welcoming, and compassionate. One aspect of their care that I especially appreciate is how comprehensive it is. Every visit includes a thorough oral cancer screening, and my medical history is carefully reviewed and updated, including every visit for a cleaning. They don't just focus on your teeth--they treat you as a whole person, recognizing the important connection between oral health and overall health. I can't say enough good things about Riley and Han Dental Associates. My sincere thanks to Dr. Riley, Dr. Han, and their outstanding team for the exceptional care they've provided me, over the years. I recommend them without hesitation.

Well a few years ago I cracked a filling that was picked up while I was getting my wisdom teeth looked at. Since I was leaving the country in a few days to go backpacking the oral surgeon referred me to Richard Shea Jr. who got me in that day. The tooth was a goner but he got me in with an endodontist that day (it was a lot of driving!) who did a root canal (actually painlessly!). When I came back from my trip I went back for a cleaning and it was a horrible! Too many cavities to count thanks to my bad Irish genes and previous horrible dentist BUT Dr. Shea is so nice and gentle and worked with me to get them all fixed up with a minimal amount of discomfort and fuss. Many years later (no more cavities THANK YOU VERY MUCH!) I never miss an appt and even have brought most of my family here. We all love Dr. Shea who makes going to the dentist a pleasant experience. He always remembers little bits of your personal life and always takes into consideration your medical history and the cost of dental treatment. I highly recommend him to everyone!
