Then my friend put $4,000 on a car that was messed up & she's stuck with! On my first late payment I asked if the girl could take it off due to my schedule circumstances working 2-10pm & they just changed hours from 1-5 for payments only. Why does Lily sit there & go over how this is my first late payment just to tell me she isn't going to take it off! Over $16, when I gave my first car that messed up on me back to you guys with a $30 full tank! Why sit there & acknowledge how it was my first late payment, girl the $16 doesn't go to your check so when I ask for your supervisor or manager why tell me no & continue to argue with me?? Very unprofessional!

They do alignments which is a huge plus. I was very happy with the service. So, 3yrs later when our lifted Tahoe was repaired after years of sitting in driveway inoperable, I had Triple A tow from Elk Grove to here for all new tires, balance and alignment. Usually, we go to American tires for our tire needs, but American doesn't do alignment. Both establishments have excellent service but only one provided all the services I needed. I called Community a month in advance and they were ready for us. Tahoe has not had any issues for past several weeks on the road. Thanks Community Tire!

I suspect this isn't even compliant with the bureau of automotive repair policies. It's also very uncomfortable. That takes away many legal rights you might have should something go wrong. However it also makes them more liable. Not sure why this is their policy. Would have been five stars otherwise.

They don't know how it happened and can't turned it off. But I was guaranteed by them that no issues would occur. In the same year, my dashboard lights started to flicker crazy. Too scare to trust them again after they can't turn off the warning lights they caused so I went to 2 different Hondas stating it's the alternator replacement service with JC Master Tech that damaged my engine harness making it not connecting to alternator creating charge system problems. Honda said whoever worked on installing the alternator damaged my engine harness causing it to fail at charging my system. Now I have to pay $2000+ to get it repaired and parts replaced. Unbelievable! Wasted my time and creating additional problems unnecessarily.

We did not make an appointment but dropped our car off; the waiting room was almost packed. We ran errands and returned in about half an hour and our "testing" was almost complete. We used a coupon from the All Pro Smog website and paid an amazingly low price for the test and certificate. The shop sends electronic notice of your Temporary certificate to DMV; the temporary certificate is valid for 90 days. They are professional, experienced, efficient, and very easy to work with. We will be returning when our next family vehicle's "Smog Check" is due. They also sell tires, a handsome vast array of wheels, and they do repairs. They also do Mobile Clean Truck Check inspection service: "we come to you! Call: (209) 478-7664." Nice cleaning waiting room with lots of seating and a large TV. I do not work at this business but was happy to read others' reviews today and became a new customer.
