Don't was your time here if it's a evening or weekend and you need to cash a payroll check and it's the same employer and you haven't been here in 6 months. Came here on a Saturday and tried to cash a check that I have cashed here before. But was told we need to fax this over to the approval check. So after the employee faxed it and made a phone call. All I saw was some laughing and then comes back to tell me Monday to cash the check. What's the point. If you have a payroll check you can cash it at Walmart for up to 8 bucks and your in n out compared to the 3% they charge at Ace Cash express and no waiting on fax it or waiting for a phone call. If your reading this Walmart money center is the best place and has better customer service and no invasive questions like Ace cash express. read more

My husband and my TODDLER went in today a long line of coarse because they have slow service. My 3 year old needed to use the restroom but Ace workers did not allow him to use their restroom. Due to urgency of a toddler needing to pee it's either take him outside or let him go in himself. My husband took my son outside to a empty lot to do his duty. One of the workers stated that was inappropriate and basically wanted my son to pee on himself. 2 enployees insulted my husband for allowing my son to use the restroom outside yet did not allow my toddler to use their bathroom. Not only do Ace have bad slow service but have bad Ethics!! First time using ace for many years and regret it! I will spread the word and hopefully Ace will loose customers! read more

Worst customer service ever. So I call in today looking for the location because it was moved and I was answered by the rudest person ever Lisa was her name. I called to get directions because I'm unfamiliar with the area I state to lisa that I was next to cvs (it's in the same plaza) she goes on to rant about it being 50 million cvs and how I need to be more specific about my location. Anyway I found the location no thanks to Lisa and when I get there too tell her how rude she is she continues to cut me off and raise her voice over me so then I ask to speak with the manager and she lies and tells me she's the manager. No one would ever hire her as a manager and I will never be going there again read more

Went in earlier and there was a long line and only one employee working. I waited for 30 minutes and the line was still long. Don't get me wrong I like Ace Cash Express but to make it better it would help if the company hired more workers read more

Avoid this place if you can, that lady named Lisa has a bad costumer service,she thinks she owns the place,she's rude and loud. She has the audacity to announce your personal information & business at loud liked she can't hear you behind the glass window. She talks too much not related to your business keeping the line long,making people to wait so long and leave. Today she slams my driver license and said " here's your ID!" when I asked here do you have to ask/look for ID,pay stub & bank statement every 2 weeks liked you are a new costumer? Making it difficult to complete a transaction?? She said, well I can't tell people face,if the loss their job or change their bank accounts. So I have to check it not randomly" That's when she starts slamming my ID's,paperworks to signs. You already reminded in your transactions when your due date but still leaves frequent phone calls. My account will be closed & I'll take my business elsewhere. read more
