Came here to grab a dishwasher because the big box stores were sold out and I had forgot to look here. I will not forget to check here first for appliances ever again. The service was top-notch and personal and they were very quick. They had a great selection and the prices were better for better appliances than at the big store.

I am now happy to leave a five star review because a technician named Rick came out two different times in the past week to repair the issues with the dishwasher that the other service did not repair as promised. Plus, Rick was incredibly kind and went out of his way to make sure everything was put back correctlyand checked to be sure it was running properly. Unlike the person who had come out previously. We have used Anthony's for many many years and all of our appliances are from them. From now on, if we need someone to come out on a service call, we will be requesting Rick. He did a great job and is a very hard worker, knows his job and very kind. Anthony's Appliance Center has always been a good place to buy appliance appliances.

The service of this business is absolutely terrible! If you miss their morning phone call letting…read moreyou know your service time for the day, they will take you off the list for the day even if you return the call promptly. We've been customers of this service company off and on for a few decades. It's always been a…read moreprofessional, courteous, friendly experience. I'm often amazed at how quickly we're up and running. I will say this, don't call if you are dealing with an off-shore brand. They don't repair those. And one thing of interest, possibly, for a short time we bought a repair warranty kind of thing through Sears. It seemed a good deal. But the problem was they knew what we were dealing with because we would tell them the appliance, make, model, and what it was and was not doing. They would show up in a great big panel truck with no parts for our appliance. Maybe they needed that big truck to carry around their lunch because it never had a part on it. Each And Every Time. The technician would order our part/s and have them drop shipped to us so we could make another appointment to have the appliance fixed. Action Appliance does not do that. They come out and fix it.

The rep drove over 100 miles to deliver and install the new capacitor. He gave me his personal cell and told me that he was available even during the evening and weekends if I had questions or problems. Great service, great products and great price....a winning combination in any business. I highly recommend them. We went down to pick up the table saw and they loaded it and helped me secure it even though I was there just before closing. Probably the best selection in the state too. Give them a chance to earn your business and respect, you will be glad !!!

This is a HORRIBLE company, Josh Buchanan (salesman) at this location is very dishonest and shady…read more I went to this business on 5/4/2023 and signed a contract for a storm shelter to be delivered and paid $400 down to what I thought was Biggs Storm Shelter, and come to find out today, he helped himself to charge my card $400, and the charge populates under his name, not under the name of the business as it should. I contacted him on Friday, 5/19, regarding canceling the storm shelter because I found a local company that is $1400 cheaper!! He has sent me screenshots from something he googled about how deposits are not refundable. It is also very unprofessional when it clearly states on the contract in his handwriting that it is a down payment. A downpayment is different than a deposit!!!! He stole my money and refused to give me my money back! I did not receive the storm shelter and have also already contacted Biggs Storm Shelter, and they informed me that they would receive payment once the shelter is installed, and in which I will not be charged because I have canceled the service. I also contacted his manager today, through this portable building facility, and he informed me that he was unaware that Josh worked for a storm shelter company and could not give me information due to not knowing Josh was a salesman for a storm shelter company. This whole situation has been a NIGHTMARE!! I have reported him for fraud and will never do business here again. I think everyone should know how dishonest he is. He will not answer my text/calls now due to me informing him that I know he ran my card under his own personal name and stole my money. He's a thief plain and simple.

They then sent me home with a 'freebie' to see if it worked - which it did and I purchased a year's supply and returned to Norman. Very helpful, friendly and I can easily recommend them to anyone. If they respond in this manner to a lone consumer I'm confident they'd do the same for commercial enterprises.
