I appreciate having somone to take care of our aging system. The amount of time spent and the 3 parts that had to be replaced cost far less than we were expecting. I also love that they don't make you wait for parts to come in, they have them on the truck. That's unusual for a company to have a computer panel on a truck they can just switch out instantly. Spark Shark Electric -- Above & beyond…read more Our house had quirky old hanging lamps in the kitchen, one of which was out. Brock from Spark Shark Electric came out in a timely manner and discovered what the problem was, researched what was needed and what the options were, got back to us with the solution as well as a suggestion for improvement of kitchen lighting. His solution to improve the lighting was terrific! We've now enjoyed the new kitchen lighting for a week, and it's far more environmentally friendly and will reduce our electric bills. And it's much better lighting! His company is very responsive, with great communication about timing and cost. I appreciate that his explanations were very informative (good teaching skills). I can not say enough great things about the people at B Sew Inn! I bought a Baby Lock machine from…read morethem a few months ago and absolutely love it! Had a strange issue that Baby Lock customer service had never encountered - even their tech support people were stumped. They suggested taking it back to my retailer, so a quick call to B Sew Inn and they agreed to have their technician look at it today (Friday afternoon!) so I ran over there. By the time I got there, the sales people had discussed my issue, and already pre-diagnosed the problem. They had me up and running in no time at all, and I still have the whole weekend to finish my project, which has a hard deadline of next Tuesday! This kind of product knowledge is the reason to buy from B Sew Inn. They stand behind their products because they KNOW their products. It is never just lip service. People say customer service is dead? Not at B Sew Inn!
