They really worked the knots out of my back and shoulders, they even found knots I didn't know existed! We left both feeling so much relief and I was able to touch to floor standing straight up for the first time in years! I had knee surgery recently which has left me in constant discomfort along with my shoulder issues. But they made my body feel relief for the first time in a very long time. Not the best for deep tissue massage. Hot moist rags were moved around, making back feel wet/cold. It was difficult to communicate with the Massage therapist, and they would enter and leave the room frequently during the session making it difficult to relax. read more

I've had 2 great massages here, both last minute. The staff is friendly and warm and comforting to be around. The deep tissue with Tina was actually deep tissue! Even at 5pm. Wow. My only suggestion is that the neck pillows hurt my neck when laying face down; I'm not sure if it's just my sized body (I'm a smaller person) or if it's the pillow itself; I think they are too large and high to use for that purpose. My masseuse was very skilled and I honestly think it was the best massage I've ever had. I like a harder massage and the pressure was perfect. It takes an impressive amount of strength to do a 90 minute massage at that pressure and rarely have I found other body workers that can provide that. I had driven by Lemon Tea a few times and called them right after work to see if I could get in right away. Sure enough, I got an appointment and was on a table under skilled hands within about 15 minutes! The room was nice. The therapist, Amy was incredibly gifted and knew exactly where my sore spots were. It was a great massage. As another person mentioned, a bigger top sheet would be appreciated (and maybe even a thin blanket too as some people may be more modest). I'm definitely going to come back again. read more

Bad massage, not horrible, just generally not that great at all. Would massage my legs or arms and support them up above the table and then drop my leg or arm...maybe that's some sort of technique? Idk but it's not good. Also, the tables don't have a comfortable spot for your face. Non adjustable, and your chin digs into the table when they apply pressure. Massage therapist left my massage to go answer the phone... Overall, my intent of this review is not to ridicule or to shame. My intent is to share my advice. 1. Get some good tables with adjustable headrests 2. Don't put paper towels on the face hole, that's incredibly low quality. 3. Don't leave your client to answer the phones 4. I had an hour foot massage. They are a little different than the other foot reflexology places. During your session they do not have you turn face down. Instead the emphasis of the massage is on the calves and feet...it's wonderful. The room is comfortable and clean. I've been here twice and both times had me leaving very relaxed. I was nervous to try this place, a bit off the beaten path and being so affordable/available, I wasn't sure. Many years ago, I was an LMT myself, and I am really picky about my massages as a result, but I was in pain and needed help quickly. I was able to be seen within an hour of calling. The massage was wonderful! Great pressure, nice office. No unpleasant odors (like another reviewer alleged). There were some sounds from traffic, but it want a problem. I made an online appointment for a 60-min Swedish massage plus 30-min feet massage; the massage studio itself is clean and pleasant - the building that houses it smells like generic dog food. The massage table does not have a head cradle, therefore not adjustable. My massage therapist was nice and has strong hands. The Swedish massage was not the traditional Swedish massage - it was very much strongly Asian-influenced (chopping hands massage). My therapist let my legs and arms flop back onto the table with each massage pulling motion - startling if unexpected. She left the room twice during the massage, to get very hot towels to wipe off the massage oil all over my body, before she had me turn supine and then right before the massage ended - this was *not* my request. The feet massage was awkwardly given, as if it were an uncommon service. It was not the worst massage experience, but I wouldn't pay to have another one. read more

This place is the real deal. I am a fan of deep, elbow using massages, and this hit the spot. If I can fall asleep during a massage, its not doing anything for my body. I didn't know my neck was tight before going in, and coming out I could touch my ears to my shoulders. This is an asian style massage with some stretching, oils, and hot towels, and lots of attention to where you need it. My therapist found spots on my back that I didn't know where tight and spent extra time on the places where i needed it- she didn't just do the same "routine". The office itself is cute, quiet, with asian music and soft lighting, although located in a non-descript office building. Like all massages that I've ever had, you start face down, then turn over at the end for your neck and head. Not sure how that was a negative on the other review below?? I got right in and it was the same cost as other massage "clubs" in the neighborhood that you have to join to get a discounted price, and that never have availability. I've had massages from NY to CA to China, from certified massage therapists and others, from Swedish to deep tissue to shiatsu, and this was one of the most satisfying massages I've ever had! My husband stated that it was the best massage he's ever had, which tells you a lot because he's very picky about pressure. We had both just flown in from San Jose on an early flight; I was in pain from lost sleep, and we had hours to go before we could check into our AirBnb. We found this place and they booked us for a couple's massage right away. Both the proprietor and the therapists had very good language skills, which I mention only because I've been to similar establishments where it was impossible to communicate with the therapist, so it was a relief to be able to describe my areas of pain and desired strength. My therapist (I wish I knew her name) took my concerns seriously and my desire for hard pressure, which is not easy to do for 60 straight minutes! The location was clean, professional, and felt safe--it's on the top floor of a highly visible office building, shared with a dental office and an accounting firm. Everyone was friendly and professional. The rates were excellent, too--$60/hour. If we're ever in the area again, we'll gladly return! I have been to going to Massage Envy but thought I would switch it up and try a local spot in the area. I am 100% glad I did! I visited Lemon Tea Massage and had the best massage I have ever had. She really helped get the knots out from my back, smoothed out the tight calves and helped my IT band stretch out. If you are in the area, I highly recommend you try. **If you don't want to read all of it at least read the last paragraph!** I don't even know where to start. I have had some neck soreness and overall tightness and decided a massage was needed. I've gotten a good amount of massages in my past to know what quality is. I went here since they could fit me in but was completely disappointed. If I could score lower I would. - Cleanliness - overall was mediocre at best. The face rest was covered with a PAPER TOWEL to keep it 'sanitary' and the sheet on the bed has a hole in it to the point where there was more hole than sheet. - Quality - I usually like a harder pressure but she was giving the wrong pressure in all the wrong spots. Anytime I asked for her to lighten up she would laugh at me and do it for only a few moments (if she even did lighten up). There was one point I was literally in tears telling her to stop if she wouldn't lighten up and she just laughed and kept going. I should have walked out yes, that was my mistake but I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt. - Pricing - this might just be me but when I say I want a 60 minute massage I want a 60 minute massage. I understand if it ends up being closer to 50-55 to give customers a moment to change but if I'm paying for a 60 minute massage, 38 minutes does NOT meet my expectations. Last time I checked 60-38= 22 and 22 minutes to 'change' or whatnot is ridiculous. I personally have never needed more than 2 minutes to take on and I'll be generous and say 5 to put my outfit back on post massage. - But MOST IMPORTANTLY, I got this done yesterday and today I'm in the most excruciating pain of my entire life. My neck and back are in a constant spasm and I couldn't even make it in to work today. Not only did this massage suck but it's causing repercussions on my life. It was overpriced, horrible quality and for anyone considering trying this place let me save you your time and money and tell you that a massage at even the mall would be better (and the actual length and price they say).
