It helps me manage chronic pain, and keep my stress levels in check, since it gives me a chance to relax and unwind after a long week. I'll definitely keep going back! Also worth mentioning: Leanne, their office manager, is an angel! I had an issue with my insurance awhile ago (they changed their policies, so I had to get a new authorization, which can be a hassle) and Leanne was on it! She goes the extra mile for the patients at the clinic, to make sure they get the care they need. Navigating insurance is a *huge* challenge and a major headache as a patient, so the fact that Leanne stepped in and went to bat for me (and a lot of other patients too, I know) is huge. She's helped me get treatment stress-free, without extra fees or insurance battles. So, yeah! Acupuncture has definitely improved my life, and Ryan and Tanya are compassionate and approachable. She was very kind and asked what I wanted to have worked on. I'm a runner and she pointed out some areas that were very tight and that it was common for runners to have tighter muscles. She did a deeper tissue massage on me and when I was in pain (only twice) I let her know and she took it easier. She was really great and communicated very well throughout the massage. The massage itself was supposed to be 75 minutes but we ran closer to 90. I don't live close to this location anymore (I did when I bought the Groupon) and Miriam recognized that it wouldn't make sense for me to come back! Who does that?! I still think I'll be going back as her regular prices are reasonable and she really did do a fantastic job. I'm only taking a star off as the location was kind of hard to find and the building where the massage clinic is at smelled very funky. There didn't appear to be anyone else in the building, just a tad creepy. As for the services though, amazing work!
