Oh how I hated my husband for INVITING me to do the Path of Gods with him. What an ordeal it was to get to the top... and to be turned down by restaurants because they had closed or weren't open yet. I was pretty miserable. Thankfully, Lemon Point was a popular place to stop where you could get freshly squeezed lemon or orange juice.
I had a few euros left to get lemon juice without any sugar. They did give me an ice cube, but I didn't wait for the lemon juice to get cold enough before drinking it. Also I didn't want to get a slush for fear of being left with annoying chunks of flavorless ice, but that seemed to be a common option regardless.
The two people running Lemon Point were friendly. I can't imagine how many exhausted customers they serve, probably glad they didn't do the Path of Gods. Anyways if you're doing the several-mile-long walk, you can't miss Lemon Point. There's not too many things to do in this tiny town, but I'm grateful this is one of them! read more
