The prices were a big higher than expected, but a little cheaper given we ordered lunch menu items. The portion of the pad see ew was quite big but unfortunately was quite salty and didn't have the expected flavour. The Khao soi had a nice coconut flavour but the amount of noodles was inproportionate to the amount of soup. Happy to see a Thai restaurant in Hamilton but the meal left us lacking.

The food is authentic and full of flavour. My favourite 'go-to' dishes are Penang Curry Chicken, Drunken Noodle Stir Fry, and Traditional Authentic Pad Thai. I'm starting to try other dishes as well, and have not been disappointed. Service has been good, as there is usually only one server and the restaurant is not as busy as it could be. Decor is ok, and ambiance could be better. If they invested a bit more into the decor, they might attract larger functions and more clientele.

Notably, I really enjoyed their Shrimp Cocktails and Chiang Mai Noodle a.k.a. Khao Soi (4/5) since they ONLY use the crunchy fried-egg noodles and drench it with with super sweet reddish chicken curry soup. Other Thai places Khao Soi would also intermix regular rice noodles, but not here haha! Consider sharing this dish bc it's large & can get overwhelmingly sweet.

I was surprised that they did not highlight more of their Thai curry or other traditional Thai dishes. This was a bit of a red flag for me. Overall, the dishes were watery and needed more flavour. It did not taste authentic. Anything that was supposed to be breaded/fried was soggy by the time we got home. They should adjust their recipes for takeout by serving the meal separately with sauce on the side. Quality and taste were below expectations compared to other authentic Thai restaurants I have eaten in the Greater Toronto Area. Restaurant and location cleanliness and ambiance could also be improved, Unfortunately there was a homeless person sitting in the waiting area and I did help him out, but was surprised as this was my first experience seeing this at a restaurant.
