In open spaces they had lots of kids activity and relaxing spots. Whole area was kept clean and constantly monitored, excellent service all around. There were several escalators, elevators and restrooms throughout the shopping center. Plenty of parking spots were available all around, pavements could use some improvement. As we walked around for a bit, I found many of my favorite stores like Lululemon, Dick's, Lego, H&M and an Apple Store too. It was a good mix of popular and expensive brands. They had Macy's and Dillard's departmental stores. Several of the restaurants included CFK, Chick fil a, Chipotle, The Cheesecake Factory, Texas De Brazil, Magliano's and lots more. Initially we went just to just visit Cold Stone, but we ended up spending couple of hours at this shopping center. I also found the rare Capital One cafe. We spent time shopping in Dick's as well. First of all, the woman helping us was very helpful and didn't mind at all that I seemed to request one tray after another for viewing a variety of pieces, not really knowing what I was looking for. I found a great pair of hoops almost immediately, which was fantastic as I'm oddly picky about hoop styles. We scoured the store and found a great necklace option though it was silver and a quick text revealed she preferred gold. While the store didn't have quite as many gold pieces as I would have liked, I did find a great pair of costume jewelry earrings to add to my gift for my friend... and the silver necklace I'd been considering for her, well, I ended up getting that for myself. By the way, they had a great selection of Pandora on sale! So I may go back soon to see if they have anything left.

Unfortunately, we stepped inside about 35 minutes before they were going to close. Others came in after us. No one, and I mean NO ONE, spoke to us when we came in. We browsed around & a young lady came and slammed a pair of jeans in front of me on the rack. She did say "excuse me" while doing so, but the attitude was very clear. Not sure why people get so upset when they are still open. At that point, I knew I wasn't purchasing anything from that store. I had to get my son out of there, but he was still excited at some of the things he was finding. He's a teen - He doesn't pay attention to bad attitudes or poor customer service the way I do. So, he was unfazed. The longer we stayed, the more irritated that young lady looked. I walked out because he was taking too long browsing & I could feel myself getting upset by her behavior. They brought in the racks from outside & the young man did finally say "hello" to me as I was walking out. Weird! Even if he was ready for everyone to leave, he didn't show it as rudely as the young lady did. Instead of being called "Uptown Cheapskate", they should rebrand as "Uppidy, Stuck Up & Rude Cheapskate". That fits them more accurately. Needless to say, we will NEVER go back & their men's section is extremely small compared to the rest of the store. They won't see a penny of my money!

I own several of their dresses, but have not purchased them there. I finally got the chance to go into the store when my friend wanted to go to the mall and just "try" on some of their outfits. Let's just say that my friend got to try on a lot of their new outfits and was totally kicking ass in them. I LOVE the bright colors and designs on their clothes and throughout the store. The staffs were super friendly and very helpful with the different style of dresses that my friend wanted to try. (Certain styles will most likely require you to go up a size or two - but do not be discourage! It will look gorgeous on you!) Did I mention that the staffs were super friendly? haha, they were very helpful with my friend who needed to try different sizes, and when one was not available in the store - they made calls to other Lilly stores to request for the size that my friend needed for the style. Overall, the experience was great for the both of us, even though I stood my ground and did NOT somehow buy anything from this beautiful store. Helpful and friendly staff, clean store, and beautiful BEAUTIFUL clothing from Lilly. I would highly recommend going to the store to try on the clothes and get your correct size for the style that you wish to purchase. I range from size 8-12, and S-L in different styles so....HIGHLY recommend going to the actual store to make sure that it fits!

The store is huge with so many products to peruse. I also got a goat hand cream that is so moisturizing. The only downside is the dressing room - props for having one (since some stores don't) - but it could use some TLC, specially hooks to hang clothes on. This is a small piece of feedback - I definitely recommend this store!
