I was pretty hungry so there wasn't much left of what you see in my pic of the nachos. This is actually a good thing and tells you it was worth every bite. There was a good balance in each bite. I'm a wimp when it comes to heat so the jalapeños that comes with this order had to get pushed aside but thankfully it was not drowning in it that the slight heat from remnants on a chip was still enjoyable. I didn't get the chance to take a pic of their menu but am guessing you may be able to find it on their FB page. I would've ordered an horchata if it was offered on their menu. The only reason why I didn't ask is because I already had a drink from a previous stop. The hot dogs are 100% all beef and absolutely delicious! I got the jumbo and it was fabulous. I tried their watermelon lemonade and it was to die for! The gentleman I spoke with (perhaps Pop Pop himself) was telling me about how he's perfected the recipe on the watermelon lemonade. I loved hearing about it, it was great service. It's run by Chris Miller and is open every Wednesday. I stopped today for lunch. They have a great menu that includes Pulled Pork or Brisket BBQ and Hamburgers. They also have a variety of home made sides. I got the Pulled Pork, Mac & Cheese, chips and a drink. Very reasonable and very delicious especially the Mac & Cheese. Had a nice smoked taste. I actually became acclimated with the company through my daughters cheer leading fundraiser. Her gym was having us sell bags of there popcorn or pork grinds for $6 a piece. They have multiple variety's and flavors of popcorn and pork rinds. I'm not big on popcorn or pork rinds but my family has enjoyed almost every flavor they have tried. The favorite appears to be either the caramel popcorn or the caramel apple popcorn. The Cajun rinds is also a big hit with the family. The chili cheese rinds I tried and I wasn't a big fan but as previously stated I'm not a huge fan anyways. The traditional my wife loved but second oldest daughter didn't care for. Overall, pretty cool company and with A nice variety. I enjoyed this product more then other fundraiser products my daughter gym has sold. This had a real nice variety and the people who bought them seemed to happy and are hoping we do it again next year so they can get more in the future.
