The ribs were hands down the best I've had in years, and without question the best restaurant ribs I've eaten. They were incredibly tender, packed with smoky flavor, and practically fell off the bone. The pulled chicken was just as impressive--juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Every bite was outstanding. The service was friendly, helpful, and genuinely attentive, making the whole experience even better. The restaurant itself was clean, quiet, and comfortable, creating the perfect atmosphere to sit back and enjoy an amazing meal. Hamaknockers BBQ may be off the beaten path, but it's absolutely worth the drive. This is the kind of place you tell your friends about and can't wait to visit again. Five stars all the way!

I had the freedom dogs--just two grilled hot dogs, but accompanied by tasty fresh pickles. I got a side of baked beans (perfectly sweet) and the stir fried cabbage (insanely good, so buttery and herbaceous). The boyf got the NYE special: beef stew over rice with a Hawaiian roll. It was fantastic. We finished our meal off with banana pudding. For people who usually don't like banana pudding, we loved it! Super nice guy working there. 10000/10. Oh and it was only $36 (with tip I think) for all of this-- all with sizable portions. I was impressed.

GOOD OLE COUNTRY BBQ!!!…read more This is the only place I come to for bbq. This place sets the bar as BBQ goes. He starts smoking his meats around 3am and serves starting 8am-9am throughout the day. This place is only open FRIDAYS and SATURDAYS. It is easily a local favorite for bbq. I enjoy the pulled pork sandwich the most, including baked beans (which has ground turkey in it). The smoked chicken would also be in the running for my favorite as it is very juicy and soft to bite into. I have never had a bad meal here and would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. It is very easy to spot as usually there is a huge smoke stack coming out the back where the meats are being smoked. Usually a 5-10 minute wait. If you want good bbq and are in the area on a Friday or Saturday I would most defined stop here.

The staff was friendly but would have liked for them to explain about the plastic cup situation instead of me asking if the cups are only plastic and why. The turkey is cut across the grain. As a result it chips which is fantastic because most of the time it sliced like lunch meat. The loaded mashed potatoes are were very good but half way through I was over the flavor. I could have gotten white gravy but opted out. Could have made the flavor balance out more. French fries tasted like fresh cut and the seasoning was fantastic but salty for my taste. The texture was so good tho! Mac and Cheese tasted like a velveeta cheese base. Very southern in elite texture-gooey. The banana pudding did not have bananas but they use banana flavored pudding. I did not miss the bananas with that pudding. Loaded with the right amount of wafers. Hubby said his brisket was a 7. We did not smell smoke or see it coming out of a smoke stack so not sure if it is smoked in house. This spot is very very busy with locals. Sonny's is down the street and I grew up eating it but would come here any day.
