To start with, I got recommend to this practice by my general dental office provider: Comfort Dental Care. I just got my braces off last week. (Woot woot!) And I have to tell you that this is a great, top notch, orthodontic office. How you may ask? Well to start with, the moment you walk in the door you are greeted with the most wonderful staff! Their always on top of things and provide a great environment to be in, (funny to believe I get excited to go to my appointments!) Both Houston and Sugarland Offices (I've been to both) have nice décor/layout: very clean, always in some type of theme (not to mention, they provide cookies, water, coffee while you wait). In addition, I don't know how they do it but they get you in and out of each appointment quickly. In your appointments they give you the personal touch showing they care about your case. They always let me know what to expect and why, and answer all questions with respect. I've seen both orthodontist in the office and can say that statement applies to the both of them! I have to mention this, but the assistants are GREAT! You can truly see their skills, compassion and precision with everything they do! Very professional. Overall this office has 10/10 across the board and it has been such a joy to be able to come here each and every time to the wonderful care and well-being that is Lemke Orthodontics. I was referred to Lemke Orthodontics via my general dentist, who might I add is also pretty awesome, Dr. Savita Hemrajani. From the moment I entered, everyone who I came across was upbeat and personable, which made me very comfortable. I originally went in for a consultation, since my invisalign impressions suggested I might need to get more work done. Lemke and her staff, informed me of all my options: from combinations I can do, to the amount it will cost, including estimations, if I was to do a payment plan. I came in expecting only a consultation, and ended up getting ceramics on my bottom teeth within a couple minutes after the consultation. I was very impressed on the timeliness and efficiency of Lemke Orthodontics. They were able to answer my many questions and gave me alternatives, if need be. I am very satisfied with not only the logistics of their office, but also the technology they used, and at no time felt rushed or ignored (especially since I booked the appointment early that morning). There are a few things to say about this orthodontist and the staff....no matter what the issue is they will work with you hands down. So let's say you are apprehensive about getting braces, don't be the staff here is amazingly talented with all young and old. They make you feel welcomed from the moment you step into the office. They are always smiling it could be that they are showing off their wonderful smiles nah it's not that (maybe a little) they are a wonderful group of professionals. You can tell that customers satisfaction is key to them. They don't just want to take your money they want to give you something in return self confidence that comes with a wonderful smile. I was referred by my general dentist Dr. Jennifer Pham back in 2018. Dr. Lemke and her employees have done nothing but make my experience amazing. They did a wonderful job in transforming my teeth from having a over bite and crooked teeth to a perfectly straight smile. Although there was times it was frustrating not taking them off sooner, she definitely wanted to be sure that the job was completely done other than half done. Dr. Lemke is now my orthodontist. I am a teenager with new braces. My general dentist referred me to Dr. Lemke, I was nervous about getting braces. Dr. Lemke and her staff were welcoming from the moment I walked in the door, I instantly relaxed was taken on a tour of the office and the staff. I was so confident and put at ease I went from consultation to putting my braces on that day. As a parent, Dr. Lemke and her staff is excellent and patient with my child. Covid-19 threw a wrench in our timing to start braces but we went in today and it's been a great experience. First, I'll say that I got consults with multiple Orthos in the area (before COVID) and decided on Lemke because she gave us the best treatment plan (confirmed by an out-of-state Ortho friend), reasonable pricing, and awesome service. Amaya from the office helped us a ton, and she's very friendly and sweet! Dr. Lemke is very thorough and I feel confident in her treatment plan. The office has implemented a number of safety procedures to minimize risks at the office, including eliminating the waiting room (wait in your car til called) - which we really appreciate. I transferred my Ortho treatment from another clinic in the area to Lemke (even though Lemke wasn't covered by my insurance) and it was the best decision I've made regarding my ortho experience so far. Lemke Ortho staff makes it worry and stress free. They addressed all my issues and questions. The previous doctor had me on hold for a month while waiting for equipment to unlatch the wire - Lemke assistant was so experienced, she had no trouble at all dealing with my braces even though they don't install that particular type of Damon brackets in the office. The office staff even "fought" with my insurance to cover part of the claim that they believed i was eligible for. It has been pleasant experience ever since. Given that nobody enjoys wearing braces i think Lemke helps you to have the easiest time possible with them. read more

Dr Lemke and her entire staff are wonderful. My daughters care with her braces has been excellent. My daughter said, "everyone is so nice and caring, they treat me like family". From our initial consultation, throughout all her appointments and today as my daughter got her braces off, months earlier than expected, Dr Lemke and her staff gave excellent care during all her appointments. One of the best things about this Orthodontist and the practice is the non-pressure atmosphere surrounding the decision to get braces. My children have been regularly seen by her for years, on a regular basis, simply to gauge the condition of their teeth and the timing or appropriateness of any devices that were deemed as useful in correcting their "smiles". Pricing is important to many people, and the costs here were very reasonable, as were the terms of payment, and well worth it both for the friendly service and the (actually!) happy children that had to live with the braces. Go figure. Things have changed a lot from my days growing up, and thank goodness. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Lempke and her staff! They really take all aspects into consideration. I had a lot of cosmetic concerns and she addressed them all, no matter how silly they may have seemed. Her staff is always friendly and there is never a lag in appointment times! I generally show up 15-20 minutes early and they can seat me right away, and I have never had to wait past my appointment time. My teeth look amazing and I'm thrilled with the results. The entire office is a friendly and warm place to be. They walk you through the process and answer any questions you may have, plus when I accidentally broke my bottom retainer off (this has happened twice) they are generally able to fix it the same day. read more

Just when I thought my smile couldn't get any better, Dr. Lemke proved me wrong! I wish someone would have told me about her sooner. Her office and staff work like a perfectly tuned machine. This place is awesome as soon as I walk in I am greeted by the nicest staff members. Plus they have a brushing station to make sure our teeth is clean. They also have this cool Lemke $dollars so if you come you get a Lemke dollar and when you get dollars you get shopping cards to many different places such as iTunes, Walmart, and much more!! Dr.Lemke and her staff are truly the best, the environment of entering the office is very welcoming and genuine. They are great with their patients and the wait time in the lobby has always been under 5mins. We've been coming for a little over 2yrs now and I can't honestly say I have never not once had a disappointing experience nor appointment. fantastic experience from start to finish! wonderful amd caring staff. they feel like family :) highly recommended! made the whole thing a lot better for my teenage son, who of course didn't want braces to begin with lol he was able to earn points and turn them in for prizes. they also have video games in the waiting room for siblings. i don't think we ever waited more than a few minutes for his appt. convenient hours as well, didn't have to miss too much school. and the retainers are clear and fit right over the teeth. much better than when i was in high school!! read more

Great orthodontist and staff. We've been going to the Sugar Land location since 2016 for our 2 daughters and only have glowing reviews. It's the same staff and Dr at both Sugar Land and San Felipe offices. The appointment availability is great since they a large staff. They always squeeze us in for emergencies. My eldest's smile has improved so much after a 2 phase treatment. My youngest is just starting her orthodontic journey and her teeth have already improved after just 2 weeks! read more
