The office is nice and clean, they are all friendly and accommodating. We never wait long in the lobby. Dr. Moon is so easy to talk to, she's smart and experienced, she's socially savvy and she just gets it. She knows how to run a good practice and leads a great team. We've lived in the area for 10 years and had tried multiple other dentists. One pediatric dentist we visited in Riverstone wouldn't let me go with my children for exams, they all disappeared behind a clouded door while I sat in the lobby. That made me very uncomfortable. In Dr. Moon's office, you're with your kids every moment of the appointment, even if they are having dental work done in the rear rooms. This was really important to me. We recently moved about 15 mins further from the office but I will still continue to use Dr. Moon. The only thing difficult is that many people have discovered how awesome she is, so it's pretty busy, especially during school breaks. I actually hesitated to write a review because I don't want her to get busier! But she will whether I write this review or not, many people recommend her in local forums. You might have to wait to get an appointment but your children will receive care from an excellent dentist.

What a smart doctor who just wants to make a few more bucks and lose her lifetime patients and…read morereputation! The office is a SCAM, they would perform something you don't need at all (we had it done on 10/2021 and she did it again on 12/2021 for a out of pocket charge) and tell you to pay out of your pocket AT THE TIME of appointment, instead of informing you ahead of time, and then you are obligated to pay. We wouldn't even come over to do the cleaning if we knew they would perform something that weren't covered by the insurance. We had the exact same service done (Cleaning + Fluoride)in October 2021, and she wanted to perform the exact same thing (Cleaning + Fluoride) in early December again and the fluoride was a out of pocket thing without advance notice and permission for the December visit. Why would we need fluoride again in such a short period of time again??? The fact that they knew insurance wouldn't cover the extra service and they still offered us to do it was really bad. And the fact they didn't tell you until you are there, caused us to pay for unnecessary bills that we could have avoided. The customer service is also very unfriendly and rude when you ask them to explain why they performed something unnecessary, she couldn't give out a good answer and directed me to wait for a call back from the doctor. Dr. called back saying they have too many patients to take care of, and they couldn't track down your insurance plan. My problem was still not resolved, and she refused to divided half of my bill because of their failure to prove me a pre-estimate ahead of time, and we had to pay for the entire bill of the unnecessary services they performed. I would suggest this office to provide a pre-estimate before the appointment like most of the other dental offices do to let patient's know the financial responsibilities, a few days notice would be totally fine. There are SO MANY great pediatric dentists in the area, AVOID coming here.

I would recommend Riverstone Pediatric Dentistry with pleasure, Dr.Pandya is professional and…read more patiently addresses concerns and recommend's options. The staff are welcoming & friendly and i like the team's management of appointments, with no wait time.

I've always been scared of going to the dentist since I been young. Going into my young adulthood,…read moremy teeth and jawline was so bad, I had to be on braces for over 5 years and with a metal brace inside my mouth. When I moved, I didn't think I could find another dentist like the one I had before but luckily I met Dr. Lance Jue when I moved to TX while working at the bank. Since then he had taken care of both me, Nhung Thuy Pham, and now Ellie. 3 months ago I had the most horrible tooth ache to the point where I couldn't sleep and I would be willing to take any medicine to make the splitting pain stop. Dr. Jue said I needed a root canal which scared me as I heard a lot of bad experience with them. But anything to get rid of the tooth ache! He and his staff were very reassuring and the procedure went so smoothly that I didn't feel any pain at all! In fact it was the easiest most painless dental procedure I have ever had. Thank you Dr. Jue and team for taking the pain away and putting a nice crown to fill it's place. If anyone ever needs to get work done or looking for a dentist who can get 2 people who are scared deathless of going to the dentist, he be your go to guy. Thank you for taking care of our family. #rootcanal #crown #drlancejue #CreativeSmiles

Billing paperwork is lost and never found again. They send the wrong claim for type of anesthesia to insurance when a definite medical necessity won't be denied. When insurance is reestablished basically ghosted by all locations and leaving a special needs minor in agony for needing a root canal. No care for patient, No thought to patient status after months of pain. No follow up nothing. Communication to offices without a response. Really horrible experience.

They were very attentive and patient with her and definitely know how to interact with little ones in a positive calming manner. She did not want to sit in the dental chair but that was not an issue because they have this rubber mat that lays in the parents lap to lay them back on and Dr. Jack sits in front to examine and clean their teeth. He sang twinkle twinkle little star to her and she did amazing letting him brush her teeth and look around inside her mouth. I could not have asked for a better experience! They struggled with the Hygienists and didn't really warm right away. The hygienists still remained professional and friendly the entire time. They talked me through everything they were doing and tried to make the kids as comfortable as possible. When Dr. Jack came in, it's like some sort of calming aura came in with him. My youngest who is very stubborn still pitched a fit but did much better. My oldest let Dr. Jack fully examine, clean, and FLOSS his teeth and he didn't pitch a fit at all! He even let him use the electric brush. This is by far one of the best dentist offices for children and we will definitely be going back. I highly recommend it! Thanks Dr. Jack!

A few years ago, I booked appointments with most of the major orthodontists in the area (Harmon,…read moreLemke, Halford, Orthodontique, etc), and Scott and Jane. Scott and Jane Orthodontics was my last stop. I was charmed from the get-go. They seemed like really smart people who studied from great places and were dedicated to perfection, and their staff was genuinely friendly. The office was beautiful. Of course, the main thing I really look at is the orthodontists' level of qualification and expertise. They seemed to be great in that regard, with Dr. Scott explaining the issues and the recommended treatment in great detail (without over-simplifying like some doctors like to do), and he seemed to have a highly cognizant understanding of my malocclusion. Of course, they're both board certified as well and have graduated from great places. It took me two years. Getting them on was a breeze (minus the spacers - ouch!), as was the removal. Adjustments are very quick, with virtually no wait times. One of the things I loved is how Dr. Scott himself did most of the work, and he only schedules one patient at a time, so you have the doctor's full attention. It's not like those orthodontic chain offices where the doctor triple books and then sees you for a millisecond at the end of the visit. Not at all. Dr. Scott always went into detail when I asked him questions, and too frequently I emailed him questions at odd times, to which he responded graciously and promptly. I really grew to trust him over the two years I had my braces. He is farsighted in his orthodontic vision, and meticulous in his treatment. He's not syrupy-sweet I'm-your-new-best-friend like some doctors are, but he is smart and clinical and wants (and knows) the best for you. He's also super chill - down to earth and very easy to approach. My overjet has now disappeared, and my crowded lower teeth (with one totally hanging out of the arch) have straightened out, with only two upper extractions done for the 12mm overjet. ...as you can imagine, I'm quite a dedicated retainer-wearer. Can't (won't) go back to the horror of crooked teeth. Throughout my treatment, the discomfort I experienced was minimal. Before getting braces, I heard HORROR stories about the pain... but my teeth rarely ever hurt (thank God, I was busy with classes). Perhaps this is just me, but it may also be the doctor's gentle hands and the modern brackets. Amber is the front desk receptionist, and she's awesome - always sunny and upbeat. I think Drs. Scott and Jane thoroughly vet their office members - and they've done well. Staff form the backbone of the office, and the experience is so much better when you have great staff to guide you through it! They have great, upstanding people. The ladies who work with the doctor are super sweet as well. Shout out to them all! I must mention that I was a nightmare in rescheduling - I think I rescheduled each appointment like ten times. They were so sweet about it, and very flexible! Don't be like me, though - stick to your appointment times! :) With this quality, you'd probably expect them to be super expensive. Nope! Their prices are actually on the lower end of Sugar-Land-average. Perhaps you shouldn't judge an office by its amenities, but they do have a lovely office, awesome decor, lots of natural sunlight, complimentary drinks in the waiting room, etc. etc. There are even iPads in the waiting room for the kiddos. TL;DR: Phenomenal office. Top of the line doctors, very caring staff. Super affordable. Great amenities. Nothing not to love! Don't overlook them if you're ever looking for Sugar Land's best orthodontist. That, if you'll take it from Sugar Land's worst patient, would be a mistake. :)
