Carlos was terrific about communicating and at one point, they tried everything within their power to get my sofa (which was about one inch too long) downstairs- around a tight corner. I've seen previous movers in similar situations just look at it and not even try. We found ourselves backed up against a time wall the following day, needing to get out of our other place - and had a small dump run.
