Jonny was knowledgeable about the features available on each vehicle as well as the maintenance services offered at Leith's Service Center. I was impressed with Jonny's honesty and integrity. He was attentive and worked with me to understand my goal to put me in a vehicle that suited my needs and budget. There was no pressure. In fact, I worked with Jonny for several months looking for just the right vehicle. During that time, he kept me informed with the current inventory on their lot and any incentive and rebates offered by Ford and Leith. FABULOUS customer service! Harry Blanks is an amazing person - he helped me find exactly what I wanted and for a great price! He was so patient and such an all-around sweet man! I can't say enough good things about Leith Ford's Service Department and Staff! John went above and beyond to fix my issue with my new Ford C-Max and the My Ford Mobile app not working. He took the time to listen to my issue, work with me and the technicians and finally with Ford directly to fix the issue. I was told by the the dealership where I had purchased my new C-Max "Since this was a new car, my firmware was up to date. The My Ford Mobile app is just not working for some people and you will just have to wait for an update." That answer was not good enough for me, nor for John or anyone at Leith's service department. It turned out not to be the app but a bad cellular modem. Once replaced, the My Ford Mobile app worked fine. I am thrilled that I can now schedule charge times and use my car's features to the fullest! I purchased a Ford Focus from salesman Johnny Wisenbaker in September, who was very pleasant throughout the entire experience. I came not knowing what type of vehicle I wanted, but he made it work. My son and I purchased a Ford Escape from Leith Ford. They took $1000 off our deal without letting us know. The finance manager, Jonny Wisenbaker, took off a $1000 rebate without let us know. On our original purchase agreement we had a $2000 rebate, when he sent it to Ford credit it only had a $1000 rebate. He also took 3 months to finance and messed up registration information as well. We have tried contacting the dealership, but they won't return our messages. The dealership is not honest and will cheat you out of your money. Please do not shop at this dealership. read more

Donielle was wonderful! He answered all of our questions and didn't act "pushy" or overbearing. I bought my car last week and I am still texting him with questions. He always answers immediately and doesn't get frustrated. My dad was a car salesman for 30 years so I am picky about who I use. I know what to look for and not look for. Ask for Donielle Davis. I had a great experience purchasing a 2016 Ford Explorer! I decided to trade in my 2013 Explorer and got the price I wanted. My sales person, Harry, did a great job finding the exact car I wanted. It has everything I wanted included the keypad (in case you lose your keys) and also the rear view camera when reversing (this would have come in handy a few times in my past!). My husband recently purchased a Ford Escape from this dealership, they were not very honest with regards to paperwork. The purchase agreement stated a $2000 rebate, when the finance manager, Jonny Wisenbaker, sent it to Ford credit, he left off $1000 and only sent $1000 in for the financing.. Never let my husband know he would be losing $1000... They have not answered any of the messages he has left for the dealership...
