WARNING DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A JOKE AND A RIP OFF DONT LOSE MONEY LIKE I…read moreDID.i found custom signage on Craigslist cause I needed security cameras install at my home and business at first they were very helpful and easy to work with until they got my $990 deposit and then was a few mins late I mine 2 min late on getting my deposit to go through and was then told my install couldn't be done the day we agreed on.was never shown a contract or anything just a receipt for my deposit so we found another install date but was called back and told they couldn't do it the day before then was told any day I gave them they could do I said Monday but they would call Friday and Sunday to make sure I was still good for Monday then Monday comes no call fri or sun then Monday no call til noon after I called around 11 am when they were suppose to be there at 9 a.m tech calls me says "oh it was raining when I got up and ur stuff is mostly outside so I need to reschedule well where I live was sunshine. Anyway when I called custom signage the ignored my calls and text and and still fighting for a partial refund cause they DONT DO REFUNDS!!!and if they do its a partial refund so they still make money so I guess they think they can keep my $990 when they haven't did anything not even came to my house to do the estimate they did it by phone.I Am still fighting for my money back.i told them To jus give my custom cameras they bought and can't return to me and forget the refund nope can't do that so they probly didn't even buy them then told them fine come do the install nope they refuse to do that. Soo at this point all I can do is save you guys from losing your money like I lost mine. So just save your self the headache and don't bother with this BACK YARD BUSINESS DEAL WITH A REAL COMPANY AND GET A BETTER PRICE like I did. I can't even give these guys a star if there is a star it's because I had to to post this ad. I will be posting much more like this on Craigslist as well.

Very disappointed with the customer service within this company. At first they were very helpful…read moreand informative. They worked with us to come to reasonable price agreement. We were never given a contract to review or sign. After giving them our deposit which we were rushed to do so they could the installation we never received a confirmation call. Expecting the company to show up on the date we agreed on no one showed or called. (Lost a day of work). After contacting the company we had to choose another date which again no show no call. After going back and forth with company I finally asked for a refund. It was at this time they decided to show us the contract where it says no refunds. Now the company is refusing to even install the products I have already paid for or return my money. We have never meant with any person from this company and they do not respond to phone calls everything is through text messages. Very impersonal and unprofessional. I thought this company was going to be great to work with. Completely dissatisfied.
