Five stars. They lasted four days, hence the two star review. I am so disappointed I was not able to enjoy them for even a week. Normally a couple will droop or die and can be pulled to save the arrangement but when I woke up yesterday morning EVERY SINGLE ROSE was collapsed - and most of the lilies too. They had loved working with Donna and I must say, I do too! From the start, Donna was very hands on and communicative. I sent over a mood board with my vision and possibilities for the wedding. We hopped onto a phone call so that she could better understand what I had wanted. I love that she is so attentive and really wants to understand what we wanted. Donna is more comfortable being able to call and talk though concepts versus email! Although I'm a bit more shy with phone calls, this was really helpful because I could better communicate and answer her questions. She was also open to changes and any additions to the original order! They were also really reasonable with cost. We definitely got our bang for buck and so grateful that she helped us stay within our budget. On the day of, Donna and her husband delivered the flowers and helped set up everything. They were just the sweetest! The flowers were absolutely beautiful and so well done. It was a dream come true and it looked like a fairytale. It was one of my favorites of our wedding! I could drop off a vase at the shop, conveniently located in Bay Ho, and, a few days later, either pick up my flowers or have them delivered to my house. However, by fall of 2019, owners Sarah Newstead and Jennifer Bull were gone, and the shop had moved from San Diego to Coronado Island, a virtual world away from the one I inhabit. Prices had risen, phone calls were no longer promptly returned, and the whole enterprise began to feel desperate and amateurish, like Mom had left the kids in charge, and maybe they were in a little over their heads. At least FTD made things right, but teleflora didn't even bother to offer a fix. $70 should've gotten me a premium arrangement; what I got was exactly what someone before me said--it looks like a 5 year old put flowers in a vase and called it a day.
