Nothing particularly wrong happened, but after talking with them, I just didn't have that feeling that made me comfortable handing over my vehicle and a couple thousand dollars. Then one afternoon I walked into Audio916. Before I had even spoken with Sean, I overheard him talking to another customer who wanted an inexpensive off-brand radio installed. Sean explained that he simply doesn't operate that way. What caught my attention was essentially this: "I only install high-quality equipment. However, my PCM bluetooth audio was completely damaged after the first upgrade and Johnny took the responsibility to reimburse me for the service charged from Porsche dealership to diagnose what's really going on. Although it's not the original plan, the new aftermarket Apple CarPlay system worked really well and also supported the features needed that turned out the good result for me. The most important thing was that Johnny offered all options for me to decide what I really wanted no matter to replace a brand new PCM system for $6,500 or an aftermarket system, and he only cared about what the customers really needed that made me feel comfortable during the whole service.
