BEWARE! Absolutely terrible experience!! We drove over an hour because the dealer repeatedly told…read moreus the vehicle was in excellent condition. He even changed the meeting location at the last minute which i found very strange and had us drive to a different address. When we finally saw the car, it looked nothing like what had been promised. It was beaten up, and clearly not in the condition we were led to expect. The biggest red flag came when I simply asked to see the Carfax report. Instead of providing it or answering questions, he completely lost his temper, jumped into the car, and sped away. It felt like a complete waste of our time and left us feeling misled from the start. If a seller can't be honest about a vehicle's condition or provide a basic vehicle history report when asked, that's a major warning sign. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering doing business with this dealer proceed with extreme caution.

He told me he replaced the rear end already and now it still has a rear end noise and it'll only be $300 for a new rear end and 2 hrs of labor but that he wants to do the work. I got several quotes coming in between $2,500-$3000. Then I started looking closer at the paperwork and the paperwork shows the truck was now listed at $2000 higher than the sticker price but that he's giving me over a $3000 discount. When I walked away from the deal he became very hostile and childish. I hope the guy he is selling the green 2005 tundra sees this and realizes he's getting screwed before it's too late.

First time buying from a dealer that wasn't a new car dealer affiliated with a major brand. Dan is…read morenot a hard-sell type of sales person, let me roam the lot, answered questions, was very honest with me regarding any issues when I looked at trucks. Ended up geting a truck from them, and he wrote in the sales agreement a fix around the exhaust manifold w/o asking - he proactively did it since he knew it was an issue (not one that would "break" the car, but one that could affect mileage). Normally buy new, but wanted a 3rd family vehicle, and by a stroke of luck ended up with them. I'd do business with Dan again and would refer him and this place to others based on my experience thus far.

Buyer beware. We bought a 2013 Chevy Equinox. The Buyer's Guide noted rust on rocker panel. When we…read morewere shown the car, the salesperson pointed to a small area on a rocker panel. He said there was a little surface rust there that they painted over to make it look better but that "it was no big deal". After we purchased the vehicle, we took it to our mechanic because of exhaust noise. He said the car was not worth fixing because the underbody was so rusted out. He said the vehicle should never have been sold, that it was unsafe to drive, and worth little more than salvage value. Three body shops have told us the damage is so bad that it cannot be repaired. I contacted Ideal and they said they would work with us to resolve the matter by taking the car in trade. We later saw a vehicle on their lot that we'd be interested in, but when we called we were told they changed their mind and would nothing for us. We're out over $10,000.00 and have a vehicle that is unsafe to drive and is worth little more than salvage value. The damage to the torque boxes and other areas of the underbody was never even mentioned, and the extent of the surface damage to the top of a rocker panel couldn't have been determined because they painted over it. We are now in the process of starting our lawsuit to recover what we can.

We have been buying cars from the Enterprise system for almost 20 years...and have found it to be…read morethe absolute best for purchasing vehicles. We are about the easiest sale any dealership could make, as we always know what we want (Toyota), and what to expect. However, this dealership exceeded our expectations (which were good when we came through the door already). Chris Eckart was professional but friendly, easy going but timely, prompt but very flexible. All of the team was attentive to our needs, from management down and almost clairvoyant whenever we encountered additional requirements for the purchase. Management and finance was handled with grace and style. Some of the "Best" explanations regarding warranty and purchase requirements were given by the group. It may be awhile before we go back, because the cars are that good. However, we'll be back!

Once there, we were met by Acct. Exec. Sarah DePover. She showed us two cars she thought we might like and was very informative about each of the vehicles. She then encouraged us to take test drives of each, which we did. There are not a lot of used cars to chose from at this location, but Enterprise has stores all around the country and for a fee, one can have a vehicle shipped/driven in. We also became aware that one can basically "shop" for all Enterprise used cars on sale by way of their website, which will show all the vehicles they have for sale around the country. We accessed and perused the website after visiting the car lot and found the website very user friendly. We honestly can't say enough about how professional and knowledgeable Sarah was. She knows a lot about cars and is a true ambassador and asset for Enterprise, but it is her service oriented, upbeat, personable demeanor that makes us wish we could have found and bought our "dream car" from her.

I needed an oil change and tire rotation for my new vehicle and I was on the fence of where I had booked an appointment so I decided to come here after not being here for a few years. I walked in and to when I left about an hour and a half later, I love their coupon specials and three pack of oil change with rotation is an awesome deal too! And of course, the car wash which I already washed it today so I got washed twice. Considering the fact that they closed at 3 o'clock today and I got in past 1230. I called the service department at Wilde in Waukesha to schedule an appointment. They have an automated call attendant system. It transferred me three times before I got to speak to a person. He scheduled my approximant. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told that they do not have the replacement cameras in stock, and they do not know when they will receive them. No one at Wilde Honda bothered to call me to cancel my appointment. So, I wasted a trip to their service department.
