They got the part in less than a minute and a worker went above/beyond and replaced the bulb for me. He did an awesome job and was happy to help. What kindness and service! I felt so much safer driving home with the issue resolved. This business is fantastic and I highly recommend it. The workers here make this location truly special. All of the three workers that day were so happy to help.

I had a pretty terrible experience in getting our car detailed. I purchased a used car from a local…read moredealer who did an alright job cleaning it, but I made an appointment here for a "complete" service for $240, the outside was alright, it lacked some simple attention to detail in the grill area and door jams, but hey it's a car, and it won't be perfect forever. The inside however, was so bad it should be considered fraud for what I was charged. I think someone put some armor all on the dashboard and called it done. There was not even basic vacuuming done or obvious dirty wiped. They were understanding at first and offered me $120 refund which was fine because it covered the inside work that wasn't done and it's a lesson learned. It went from bad to worse when I went to get the refund. Partially my fault, I said I'd come in after my last meeting at 4pm but when I arrived at 4:50pm the manager was gone and nothing could be done for me. After I left and followed up the next morning the manager told me the owner said no refund and to give me a hand written $50 off note to use in the future. I ask if the owner would please call and they never did. Now I can't even reach the place by phone. This was my favorite regular car wash for the last 4 years but now sadly I will have to find somewhere else. Don't waste your money on their detail and look up "Integrity Detail" in Waukesha. It costs more but at least it will get done 100%.

A car wash was included in the interior detailing and there's ish all of my back bumper still. And to make matters worse when I was driving home my car kept locking and unlocking by itself and I think they got chemical water inside my lock motor and now it's all screwed up! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Very p'd off customer!!!! Called to address my concerns and was in the middle of leaving a voicemail and it's like they picked up while I was leaving a message and hung up. Tried to call back on multiple phones and now I can't get though at all! So now I have to drive back 20 minutes from my house and show up and show what a horrible job they did?

I stopped into Abra while running errands to get an estimate of cost and time for the repair. The quote was extremely reasonable (less than my insurance deductible, so no need to make a claim). They had the quote done and the part ordered in just 10 minutes. They put a rush on the part for me and it arrived the next day. My husband was out of town that week so I had no one to take me to drop my car off and Abra offered to come pick up my car from my home for me! I just left the key under the mat for them! They had the entire repair done in just one day! They even offered to drop the car back off at my house for me. Best part, they even cleaned the interior and exterior of my car for me (just as good as any detail or professional cleaning). I'd recommend Abra to anyone who asked. Thanks for completely changing my perspective on getting a car repair done! :)
