I'm beyond impressed with the work here! Owned by a husband and wife (whose names I do not remember…read moreunfortunately), who are both so kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I walked in on a random Tuesday after work with a thrifted dress needing alteration and cleaning for a wedding. She went out of her way to have me try it on and make recommendations right then and there. Clean inside and wonderfully adorned with house plants.

I brought a comforter to be cleaned and during the cleaning process the material inside of it had become displaced and the stitching came loose. I did not discover this until I spread it out on my bed. I brought it back and spoke to the owner and was extremely disappointed with her response to the situation. She took no responsibility and offered no form of compensation. I asked her why after they saw the damage they didn't advise me of the problem, why did they just wrap the comforter and take my money. She just shrugged and said it wasn't their fault. It saddens me that she would so easily dismiss a loyal customer that she sees at least twice a month. The short sightedness of her action to such a small problem gives no indication that they would be able or willing to address larger concerns. I'm sure many will have nothing but wonderful things to say about this business and its owner and until today I was one of them. Our true nature is shown when we take accountability for our actions, or fail in that process. For those of you who continue to use this cleaners I pray you don't find yourself wondering "why didn't I listen?". God Bless and may all of us get what we deserve.

The woman who apparently runs the place is rude, dismissive and condescending. She even scolded me for asking for same day service (something that many people need from time to time and expect from a dry cleaner). There are not a lot of alternatives nearby, but I certainly will be driving to avoid this nasty woman and her shop.

What a scum bag. I have my comforter in the washer so unfortunately I have to dry it so I have to do more business here. I will never come back, or recommend. Take your business elsewhere. This place is horrible. 1 star is too good for them! Update**. I decided to take pictures just in case. The owner came over to me harassing me asking me when I'm leaving, if I need an ambulance, telling me he is calling the police and wanting to know my information! Are you kidding me????? I'm the one who fell and knee is scratched up! I wouldn't give information. I called a lawyer because I didn't know what else to do. Long story short I decided not to dry the clothes there and I wanted to leave. He told me I had to wait for the cop. So I called the police gave THEM my information and the cop told me I didn't have to wait. So I decided to leave and the cop shows up and told me he didn't need my info and let me go. I'm the one who fell and I'm getting harassed! I seriously cannot believe it all happend. The punchline is the owner told me he prefers I don't come back! LOLOLOL. REALLY!
