When I had a problem with a refrigerator years ago,, they were on it. They returned 2X until it was perfect. I referred everyone I knew to them. I recently paid over $2000 for a refrigerator that flooded my kitchen in less than 2 weeks. we had to keep a large bucket by the fridge and surround it with towels that, when saturated, were put into the bucket and washed while a new set of towels took their place. Repeated calls/messages to Kleckner were not returned. When I finally got thru to them, the responses expressed little to no concern. The manager gave me the manufacture phone number and when I expressed my panic that this water may extend past my kitchen and damage my hardwood floors? He told me that Kleckner would not be held responsibl, maybe the manufacturer would as Kleckner was no longer responsible after a successful delivery.! Thanks so much! I had to pay a contractor $90 just to visit my home and now I have to return it, plus my house is supposed to be listed for sale in 2 days.
