Playground is large, lots of different levels. Multiple slides, climbing structures, bridges, animal statues to explore. They have a zipline and swings (multiple types). Along with the park they have a skate park, pump track and gated soccer area. Multiple open grass fields as well. When visiting the splash pad was still under construction as workers seemed to be sealing the concrete. It looks like it's almost done. It will be cute boat style splash pad. Lots of shaded table areas, multiple bathrooms and drinking fountains.

There's very little that's not skateable (e.g. the very little 12" double bank), and the transitions are solid. The coping is fat, but unfortunately I think whoever installed it set it back way to far. As if the mellow transitions weren't enough to send you straight past the lip...

The space has a sort of mountain lodge feel, but without being in the mountains. It's a large, open room that can be transformed to hold events such as family reunions, wedding receptions, large group dinners, etc. I can't speak to the price, since I was just a guest and not hosting the event, but I'd imagine that it would be fairly reasonable since it's at a park. Lots of parking and there is a great playground for the kiddos to run out there endless energy on.

The area was clean and offered plenty of parking spots. The food trucks were a plus, good place to catch some dinner and let the little one run and play. The daily fee is $5.50 for kids $6.50 for adults which is pretty impressive and affordable. It's almost curiously wide open, which means you might at least be able to get enough speed to make it up that gradual spine, or pop up the 3' quarter pipe--provided you can avoid the bike lines. Bikers do tend to like this park, and I don't blame them. But take your skateboard another 5 miles north--or 15 miles south--for a better experience at American Fork or Payson.

It doesn't, but man, its 50 acres is so abundant that you'll need to drive from point to point to take advantage of it all. Let me lay it down for you: An expandable-heading Skate Park (no bikes allowed); five baseball diamonds; four softball fields; tennis courts; two playgrounds; a large (reservable) pavilion with electricity and water hookups; six smaller (first come, first serve) pavilions; several multi-purpose football/soccer-sized fields; twelve (that's right TWELVE!) horseshoe pits; a sand volleyball court; BBQ grills all around; and a partridge in a pear tree. Okay, not that last one, but AN ABUNDANCE of stuff. And, unlike any park I've ever reviewed, an EQUESTRIAN ARENA. Yeah, you heard that right ... bring your horse. Of course, you can't bring your dog, which dings it a bit, but man, there's so much to do here. It also has the great advantage of being in the same complex as South Jordan's community, fitness, and aquatic center. If you live in South Jordan, you don't just have a City Park ... you have a center of activity!
