After seeing some of their products for sale in our hotel, we decided to look up Lehi Roller Mills and shop directly from them on 07/18/2020. Upon arrival, we noticed they had a Yelp check-in offer for a free box of raspberry muffin mix, sweet! Or so we thought... At first we grabbed a bunch of stuff to purchase from their small retail shop. They sell flour, jams, honey, gift sets, and various flavors of muffin mixes, pancake mixes, cookie mixes, etc. I thought it was so cool that everything was packed in cloth bags. However, we ended up buying only a few things due to having issues at check out. When shown the Yelp check-in offer, the cashier stated that he had no idea how to ring it up and asked his co-worker. When she looked at it and also had no idea, he called his manager on the phone to ask. After speaking to his manager on the phone and explaining the situation, he told us that his manager had also never heard of the offer and that they did not offer any coupons or discounts. He then added that he had worked there for 3 years and his manager for 11+ years and they both had never seen this offer or Yelp page. How is a business manager going to say that they are unaware of the business having a Yelp page? That was the most ridiculous part of the experience!! Anyways, I ended up pairing down the amount of items I was going to buy and we left with a jar of honey, and a bag each of brownie mix and pancake mix, as well as a sour taste in my mouth. They did nothing to try to make it right for us and spent the whole time denying they had such an offer or business page online. I've had a few businesses not honor a check-in offer before but usually they are apologetic and have a good reason for why it's not being honored (i.e.: delays with Yelp taking it down). Whether its believable or not is moot. This place didn't even bother. It's been hours since I stopped by and I'm still pissed off thinking about how they even denying having a Yelp page. They obviously are aware if there's an old check-in offer posted! Pretty sure a random Yelper can't just post offers on someone's business page!!

They do not honor the check-in offer as of 7/18/20

Staff does not honor their check-in offer and staff claims they've never heard of this Yelp deal, despite me showing them the Yelp app on 7/18/20. Small selection of mixes, syrups and bulk bags of flour. Prices are a little steep (Ex: $6.99 for a brownie mix before tax) and cocoa mix contains corn syrup solids.

NEW--fresh branding and better ingredients of their products, just as gorgeous as they are tasty! Some of their updates: *New recyclable packaging with resealable zipper (game changer). *New classy font and red label, to match their iconic red brand on their building. *Removal of all artificial colors/dyes and added more natural flavors (like freeze dried berries). *Same amazing, familiar taste. (THANK YOU!) Lehi Roller Mills is iconic to Lehi Main St. They have been around for over 100 years and I love how timely their products are. What else can stand the test of time if not buttermilk pancakes and raspberry muffins!? Also a great neighbor gift idea.

* Located next to Lehi High School, in the old section of Lehi. When growing up in Utah, this was the first and only thing I knew about Lehi because you could see this place from the freeway. It is a landmark. * The paint on the grain silos has faded as you can see in my photo, but its scheduled to get a fresh paint job in 4 days. * This is sort of like the factory outlet store. Where you can get all sorts of baking mixes. Some of the same you might have seen in a Costco. This is where Lion House Rolls mix is prepared; yes, _that_ Lion House once owned by Brother Brigham. * Now as for the actual wheat? Where does it come from? Idaho. So it's a taste of Idaho rolled into Utah; literally.

Great place to get raw wheat. We mix their red wheat with hard white wheat for our bread (which we make daily)

A bit overpriced but worth it in a small town as this. I just wish the organic produce was fresher...most of it was a bit wilty and sad. Pick wisely and you will be happier.

As a smaller grocery store, they carry items that bigger grocery stores do not carry. I specifically went in here, looking for specialty salt, and I found it. I came in here looking for the brand "Real Salt" and I found it in different sizes! A smaller container used for table salt, and a bigger container to refill the table salt size. They also have a specific area that offers natural products like deodorant, and essential oils. I was pleasantly surprised that they had this section, and even had someone specifically standing in this area to help you look for something specific. But what really sold me "SOLD ME" on this store was finding milk in a glass bottle! I know that's kind of old school, but when it comes to milk, I'm all for "old-school" it should be served/it should come in a glass bottle - pretty nostalgic over here about my milk! As a little girl, the milkman used to come to the house delivering milk in a crate, and all in glass bottles. Some things are just done better in "old" ways in my opinion! And this milk, specifically STRAUS Family Creamery brand, OMG - this blew my mind! It was the BEST chocolate milk I've ever tasted. Like, EVER. Of course, it's organic. I'm an instant fan and will be coming back to this place, specifically for this glass-bottled-milk. LOVE IT!

Terrible, and I wasn't the second or even third person to use that table today. Crumbs on the floor but this come from not cleaning the tables. This is the easy stuff. I can overlook a lot of the place is clean but not this time. I didn't go to the bathroom or God forbid check the back areas. If the front of the house isn't clean what does the back look like? The food: Eh my wife got the brownie Sunday, I'll discuss my order in a minute. The brownie sundae was no big deal mid at best. The only thing that stood out about it was the price. I didn't perceive a lot of value at 9.95. I understand margins and maybe this is what it has to be but the product provided did not reflect the price paid. My order was non existent because I wanted a vanilla malt. Malt mix is cheap, I'm probably not the only person who likes a malt. That's a sale lost because I didn't buy anything for myself. At this point not returning.

They were kind enough to give me a little cup on the side. The peaches beginning of September were good although not super sweet. Be prepared to wait a little bit since there's usually a decent crowd. I love that they have a nice little patch of grass to relax on while you enjoy your sweet treat! When we got there, there had to be nearly 100 scattered around with a sizable line. We probably waited about 20 mins to get to the window and order. While we waited in line, I was really suprised to see that there were only 3 tables available for people to sit. I find this pretty wild with how many people were there and I was told this was a "slow" day. It was almost 95 degrees outside and we had our little kids with us, so sitting in the grass and roasting wasn't an option, all the spots on the edge of the cement pad in the shade were taken, and of course the 3 tables were taken. When we got our ice cream (we ordered the cherry, peach, and then the apple cider slush) we just had to find somewhere to stand awkwardly while we had to wait to pounce on and fight for a spot on the ground that would eventually open up. They have an indoor area, where it seems they sell the peaches and other fruit they produce by the box, but I didn't see one person in there trying to buy any, and even then there was most certainly still space in there for a few more tables in the shade. For a place that's so busy apparently, it seems they could take better care of their customers. All that said, back to the actual treats themselves. I personally had the cherry and would say it was just okay. The ice cream reminds me of the ice cream you would get at the Costco cafe, which isn't bad, but certainly not super exciting. The cherries were good, though I have no idea if they are cherries from their farm or from a cherry pie filling can at the store. I wish the cherries were more evenly mixed in the ice cream. There was about an inch of straight cherries in the bottom, and some on the top. Meaning the treat started nice, then I had to eat through a bunch of plain vanilla ice cream to be able to get to the rest of the good stuff. Once I did, the ice cream gets a lot better when you can mix the cherries and sauce around with it. I tried a few bites of my kids apple cider slush, and it's exactly what it sounds like. I found myself wishing I'd ordered one of these instead. I found it a lot more unique and refreshing than what I'd gotten.
