Oh Lego stores! I'm 25 years old with a 29 year old fiancé and I think we go here more than most children. They are a tad expensive on box sets. The upside to that part is you know for a fact that no pieces are missing since it is a new box at retail price. Kind of an odd positive to look at it that way but at least it's a guarantee. What I found most fun and the main purpose for going is the pick a brick wall, the mystery packs and building a mini fig. The mystery packs because some of them can only be found there. For example the Disney packs, I've tried at least a dozen places. The lego store is the only place I can find them. The wall! It's so fun! Every color in every shape. You can pick from two different cups, and if you return with your cup you get a discount on your next refill. Finally the mini fig builder. I love it because they have untraditional pieces like a bride and groom. I'd really like to go back and gather pieces for my wedding reception center piece. I think it'd be a lot of fun to find out what people make :)

Return Trip for me! The service has always friendly so make sure to strike up a conversation…read more Highlight this trip - I loved that I got to play with the TARDIS console, which was not there on my last visit. Located south of Indianapolis, it is well worth the drive, especially if you are a fan. The place is packed with memorabilia, gifts, toys, stickers, clothing, and more. You name it, it is probably there. They even have a Dalek, a TARDIS, and a Cyberman. I cannot speak highly enough of this shop. You have to stop in if you are a fan of Doctor Who! And if you are a true Whovian in the USA, you probably already know about it. If not, enjoy discovering it. They also have more than just Doctor Who. You can check out https://www.whona.com/ for an overview of the shop or buy from their online store.

Between the museum, the merchandise, and the mini arcade (which has a few fun games), he was in Whovian heaven. It's not a massive space, but it's packed with charm and cool details that fans will absolutely geek out over. One huge plus for us: they let me bring our dog in! I did have to keep her off the floor, but I was more than happy to carry her just to be part of the experience. All in all, this was such a fun and memorable stop. Whether you're a lifelong fan or just traveling with one, it's totally worth checking out. We left with souvenirs, great memories, and one very happy kid.
