Some of my close friends live in Brandon, so I convinced them to come with me as this locations offers a one day free trial for local residents, and this location appeared to have great reviews. We visited the gym on a Sunday morning, and both me and my friends were received with such hostility that I apologized for bringing them to that location afterwards. The gentleman at the main desk made comments such as : "Are you actually here for memberships or is this just another tire kicker for you?" And "I don't want to deal with this GymPass crap, just do the daily pass, it's faster". Once he saw my out of state ID, he stated "Oh, you're from Utah? You definitely won't be doing a membership then". Sir, of course I'm from out of State, my employer provides me with Gympass, if you're not familiar how the program works or if you're unhappy with it, you're more than welcome to cancel your enrollment. And if that's the reception you're providing for anyone enrolling under your 1-day pass, maybe it simply shouldn't exist. I'll point this out though, the facility itself is great, with clean machines and plenty of equipment.

My main concern is that I joined less than a month ago partly because the membership allowed access to multiple locations, but the newer Bloomingdale location closed shortly after I signed up. It would be great if some of the newer equipment from that gym could be moved here. I'd especially like to see upgrades to the cardio machines. Many of them are extremely rusty, and some of the treadmills don't run very smoothly. The locker room could also use a bit of a refresh. Other than that, I don't have major complaints and I'm happy with the gym overall. I'd just love to see some equipment updates to match the newer location that recently closed.

He has taught me about form, helped me push my limits and the results have been incredible. I am down 25 pounds and went from 36% body fat to under 29%. Back pain has also been almost nonexistent! In the far back, they even have a posing studio for everyone getting ready to compete. I really enjoyed working out here. One of my favorite parts about this place is that people are here to work out and not come for social hour. They do offer personal training with professionals. You won't see them hanging on their phones while their clients do the work outs. The staff and owners are super nice. Hands down the worst gym in the area…read more Overpriced for what they offer. Let me start with the bad. The blonde haired manager, Elyse is the worst excuse for a manager I have experienced. How she got that position is a mystery. Not only is she rude to patrons, but she makes the experience extremely uncomfortable and difficult because she is just plain nasty. The worst part is that there have many reviews exposing Elyse the manager for her nasty behavior and incompetence dating back years. But nothing was done about it. They allowed her nasty and incompetent behavior to fester. Elyse will ignore patrons who come to the front desk until they call to get her attention. Even when she finally acknowledges you, she will give you abrasive and aloof treatment. I can even re-call one time that I purchased a temporary membership which required only showing my driver's license. She challenged me on it and didnt allow me in the gym even though I paid for the temporary membership. Only after another staff vouched for me did she let me in. Not once did she apologize for her mistake or abrasive behavior. This is not the first time she has behaved inappropriately. Avoid this place.
