    Lovely day for dinner outside
    Cassie S.

Came here to enjoy some outdoor seating on my last night of visiting. Service was great. Restaurant was not busy. Shrimp cocktail was delicious (forgot to take a pic). I had the ahi tuna cobb salad and my mom had chicken marsala both were good.

    Sandwich and amazing French fries.

Food, service and atmosphere are the best. Christmas Brunch was so good. Everytime we've visited everything was excellent.

Steaks were well seasoned and cooked perfectly. Calamari appetizer was delicious and tiramisu was a perfect ending.

Unfortunately, ongoing issues involving one bartender have significantly changed my experience. After she became aware of a personal connection outside of work, her behavior toward me became noticeably unprofessional. I consistently received poor treatment from her specifically, something other patrons also commented on. The situation escalated during recent visits, including having the card reader thrown towards me during checkout, derogatory comments directed at my boyfriend, and the involvement of a non-employee in taking him outside to "talk" without any clear explanation being communicated to us. I did not previously raise these concerns with management because I initially chose to overlook the behavior and avoid creating conflict. However, once the situation escalated to objects being thrown during checkout and a non-employee becoming involved in customer interactions, I felt it was important to address. I was also later informed indirectly that I was "not welcome," despite never being approached directly by management or staff regarding any concern. Throughout all visits, I remained respectful and non-disruptive. I'm disappointed in how this situation has been handled overall, especially because the establishment itself has otherwise been a place I enjoyed visiting. I hope this conduct is reviewed appropriately moving forward.

We used to enjoy there breakfasts and sometimes a salad and some other foods. But we've notice so many different gals coming and going which is I guess a normal thing when it comes down to working in restaurants. But some of those waitresses weren't very polite and they decide to go on their own time, so other words it's like forget it, you'll be sitting there for God knows how long until someone decides to serve you. What ashame to see this going on, but it's pretty much everywhere anymore. But ℹ remember there were 3-4 you girls sitting waiting for their food and the waitress started to bring them their food and all the sudden a big roach came out and scared all of them and they let right away and I would have done the same thing. Roaches and food never mix. So this place has many other roaches that are manifesting under warm environments like behind wall adapters to hiding behind the walls of the kitchen. And anywhere else that they could hide. You see one you know that they are everywhere, and they are very hard to get rid of , And what gets me is you never hear about the Health Department checking out all these restaurants in Pinal County? That's beyond us.

We all decided to spend an afternoon out by the pool. We ordered drinks, appetizers, and were swimming around with plenty of room (maybe 5 other people out in the pool). Our friend decided to walk down a level to where the bar is, but the path was unnecessarily long & inconvenient, so she sat on the low railing & flipped her legs over the side, as a shortcut. It was really no big deal, but apparently the towel lady across the way thought so because she called out Harrah's security team, which included the manager & 5 other people, who all proceeded to stand in a row. They called out to my friend to come to them so they could speak to her. We were all perplexed because she had not been loud, rowdy, disruptive or disrespectful. They demanded that she be escorted to her room right away & would not be allowed in the pool area for the rest of the night. We could not believe it! Never have any of us seen this kind of action taken on paying guests at a hotel. I've never even seen this action taken with people who were rowdy & seriously drunk. They were very demeaning & rude. It completely ruined our colleagues stay here in Arizona. The handling of this situation was beyond unprofessional! I think Harrah's is lucky to have anyone stay in their hotel at all, considering the entire place stinks of cigarette smoke. Even cheap hotels in Vegas smell better than this joint. I will never recommend this place to anyone!

Javi guided us toward the Wednesday offering of their Parlay Chardonnay with bruschetta, and that pairing alone shifted the entire evening. We had only planned for a simple glass of wine, but his recommendation introduced us to something far more thoughtful. The bruschetta was bright and well composed, layered with fresh flavors that complemented the wine beautifully. I was genuinely surprised to learn Parlay has its own label. The Chardonnay was clean, refreshing, and balanced with the kind of crisp structure and subtle fruit notes you expect from a well executed glass. It felt intentional, not just another house option. We added wings, which were well prepared, and my husband ordered the beer cheese chicken Philly. I tried it and the sauce stood out immediately, rich without being heavy and full of flavor. What truly elevated the experience was the service, and Deedee set the tone. Her presence carries a level of professionalism that is rare, but it is her warmth and attentiveness that make her exceptional. She leads with confidence, reads the room effortlessly, and creates an environment where guests feel genuinely cared for without it ever feeling forced. There is a natural ease to how she manages both her team and the floor, and it shows in every detail of the experience. She is not just managing, she is elevating the entire operation. Javi complemented that perfectly with thoughtful recommendations and a genuine approach that made the evening feel curated rather than transactional. Our first visit left us underwhelmed. This time, everything aligned. The right selections, the right guidance, and the right leadership. We left genuinely glad we came back. If there is a Parlay near you, it is worth a second look.

Summary: Cute but confused atmosphere, friendly service, great drink menu, not good food…read more The atmosphere had a nice vibe, well-decorated in a trendy, nicer way but then absolutely packed with TVs playing sports. Like our area with just around 8 dinner tables had at least 6 big screens. I've only been to this location so unsure if they're all like this or the previous business just left TVs and they kept them? They kept the volume off which was great for eating and enjoying the company you came with. Service was great - friendly and attentive and handled our large party well. They also had the handheld machines for payment which made divvying up checks easy. The drink menu was extensive with a lot of classics with a twist and creative options. All the drinks came out looking well made. Mine was tasty! The food is what brought this down. Korean egg rolls sounded fun but were dry and boring. I took a couple bites and called it quits on that. The burger was especially disappointing. Listed as a 1/2 patty of brisket and steak, I sure wasn't expecting the tiny dry puck that arrived. It did have a good char on it. Just sadly thin, unseasoned, massively overcooked. Then it came on a dry bun. So so dry. The whole thing. A sad dry little patty on a sad dry bun. Butter? Mayo? Burger fat?? Anything would have helped. Then some lettuce, tomato, onion on the side. Truly one of the worst burgers I've ever had. Came with a small amount of pretty good fries though. All that said, I'd come back for drinks and fries. Its cute and they have happy hour and a great drink list.
