BLUF: Go check it out, you won't regret it…read more TLDR: OMG I'm so glad I stumbled upon this adorable coffee shop on cozy Main Street in North East, MD. It was just me, so I only got half a dozen donuts with a knife so I could taste them all! I tried: Cookies & Cream, Salted Caramel, Maple Bacon, Toasted Coconut, Chai, and Fluffernuter. Let me start by saying the cake part of these donuts is just perfect. Not too dense, lightly crisp on the outside, and insanely fresh. The toppings might sound over the top, but they weren't. They were perfectly subtle to add a hint of flavor without a dose of diabetes. And the coffee- such unique lattes both in name and flavors. I went with Davy Joey's Locker with an extra shot of espresso. So good. Not overly sweet and not bitter at all. And then I just had to try the cute little pistachio cannoli. Shell was filled upon ordering, so the shell was nice and crispy. Now this was super sweet, but I haven't met a cannoli yet that wasn't! Barista was friendly & bubbly and patient when it took me some time to pick my 6 donuts. Basic tables and chairs with some bench seating along the window. Pillows & chairs could use a refresh, as well as the bathroom, looking a bit worn & dingy, but that's literally the only negative thing about this place.

Been here a couple times. Donuts were good. I was in the area and wanted to stop by. Unfortunately…read morethis place is closed down. No signs for any renovations or opening again.

Customer Service-It was great!! All of the staff that we encountered were nice and helpful. Food *Apple Cider Donuts- THE BEST!!! Hands Down!!! I've been to a lot of pumpkin farms but baaaaaaby I have never tasted ACD like this. They had a nice crisp crunch on the outside and were soft on the inside. Oh, and they were HOT and FRESH!!!! *Caramel Apple Cider Donut Sundae-THE BEST!!! HANDS DOWN!!!! This is available at The Deck and you need to make sure you get one or maybe two because you won't want to share. Delicious vanilla ice cream at the bottom, apple cider donut. Then another layer of ice cream, topped with whipped cream and then a full donut and a caramel drizzle on top. You want one yet? *Freshly Squeezed Lemonade-It was loaded with bees around, but its delicious. Add Strawberry flavor and thank me later. *Kettle Korn-Popped Fresh on site, again hot and delicious Ambiance-Fall vibes Plenty of places for photo ops. Parking-Plenty of Free Parking on the lot

This has been my go to place on Sundays before church. They are open very early and perfect for a…read moregrab and go. Their menu is extensive with lots of options for add ons or toppings. Coffee is reasonably priced. I can get a latte for under $5 which is great. I've gotten the vanilla cold brew, sausage egg and cheese on asiago bagel, and other breakfast bagels before. Delicious and affordable. I also love how they do sandwich punch cards! Can't wait to redeem them soon~

What they got right: Hands down, definitely one of the best places for bagels in the area. I'm…read moreoriginally from New York and these are by far some of the best bagels I've had outside of the New York area. They make all of the bagels on site and fresh every day too. They also have a large selection of bagel types and flavored cream cheese which is another added bonus. So if you're looking for delicious bagels and breakfast sandwiches you're good to go. What they need to work on: Beware of the lunch menu. Today I had the Blue Hen Chicken Sandwich on a sesame bagel. This sandwich is the perfect example of why you should never, ever, microwave grilled chicken. When I ordered the sandwich and saw the server preparing it, I was alarmed when I realized she was putting it in the microwave. But it was too late, it was already made, so I had to eat it (sigh). Not only was the chicken tough, it also had a weird rubber-like consistency to it. What a fail. I should have just ordered a cold cut sandwich on a bagel or a bagel with cream cheese. The only reason why I managed to eat it all was because the bagel was good, so that made up for the fact that it was pretty terrible sandwich. Initially I figured they had a small grill there and I'd wait for it to be grilled. If I had known that they'd take a pre-made piece of chicken (that tasted pretty artificial) and pop it in there, I would've saved my $9. Still, I think this business is worth your support and worth the trip for the basics: bagels, cream cheese and coffee. No pictures today (sigh).
