We took the car to Rockford Collision and Jacob looked at the gouge and thoroughly explained how they would repair it and gave a fair price for the work. We decided to let them do the repair and it was the best decision made. As we were leaving for vacation, Jacob let us know that we could drop off the car before we left and pick it up when we got back. While away, Jacob texted me let us know that it was done and ready to be picked up when we got back. Their work was exceptional and the repair perfectly blended with no tell tale sign of repair. Not only that, the car was washed and cleaner than when we left it! Thanks to the team at Rockford Collision and Jacob for the great work, communication, pricing and integrity. To our great surprise, we were contacted recently (July 2026) by the dealership and advised that we'd been overcharged for the deductible and Ed Koehn was cutting my wife a check. One might argue that the alignment should have been done with the initial headlamp install, but one cannot argue about the honesty displayed regarding the over charge.

This review is NOT about quality of work…read more I stopped by Graff Jeep in Rockford because they advertise an Express Lane for "quick" service. I thought it would be a nice alternative to traveling south of Grand Rapids for an oil change and tire rotation. Apparently they only do "scheduled" work... and their "quick lane" is usually scheduled at least two days out. I believe they fall short compared to dealerships which have an express lanes that are "first come first serve" and can help you with basic services when you need them.
