If you're in Oakley passing through as we were, I would skip this place and go with Sonic for food. Fortunately, a nice man saw us looking at one of the closed restaurants and said that if we were looking for a good restaurant, we should try Traditions - at the other end of Main Street. When we arrived at Traditions, there was a sign out front saying "Grand Opening ". When I asked the waitress, she said this was their FIRST official day being open. My wife ordered the pork tenderloin sandwich which was excellent. It came with waffle fries that were also excellent. I ordered the Wilson burger (one of their signature burgers). It was also excellent and also came with the excellent waffle fries. Service was excellent. I was confused because there was a Yelp review from a year ago. I asked for the back story. Seems that they have been open ONLY on Friday and Saturday nights - operating out of sort of temporary quarters (kind of a banquet hall) next door. In the meantime, they renovated the restaurant section, revamped the menu and today was the grand opening of the actual restaurant with expanded hours. They are now open five days a week. We now have three favorite restaurants in Goodland. We will definitely be back to Traditions.
