The report came back as failed roof, failed foundation, failed plumbing, failed electrical and possible black mold. Owner didn't agree and sent his own inspector and the owners inspector stated the same - failed inspection The owner offered to reduce cost and sell as is but it was too much work with 3 kids (it would have been a great fixer flip investment - maybe as much to fix as it cost).
