Through an online search and speaking to several of the local glass companies, I decided to work with Legendary Glass after reading their many great reviews and talking with Hannah, one of the owners. I am out of state and was looking for a company I could trust to install a frameless shower door set up for my elderly mom. After 8 years of needing her shower door replaced and not wanting to deal with the hassles of construction, Legendary Glass made it easy and hassle free for us. They are great to work with, did a beautiful job and on top of things. I couldn't have selected a better company any where. Thank you Legendary Glass!! read more

Great people to work with. This is a husband and wife owned business, and they do their own work, which really shows. The pricing feels fair, and there is clear pride in both the product and the installation. I originally purchased a shower door from Home Depot but ended up returning it. For not much more money, Legendary Glass provided a high quality, thick frosted glass door with beautiful exposed rollers at the top. The difference in quality was immediately noticeable. Our shower opening was not a standard size, so getting a perfect fit was important, and they nailed it. Most importantly, we needed a gold finish to match our existing gold hardware. Gold is one of the hardest finishes to match across brands, but Legendary Glass had physical swatches and achieved a perfect match. The process was smooth, professional, and personal from start to finish. If you want quality work, attention to detail, and people who truly care about the outcome, give them a call. read more

Two years ago my husband was at home alone when he heard a large crash upstairs. After searching the second floor, he found the source: the shower door in our master bath had spontaneously shattered! As strange as that sounded, I looked it up and apparently it is NOT that unusual. As a result, we needed the shower door replaced. I went on Yelp and after reviewing various companies, I decided to go with Legendary Glass based on the many positive comments regarding the owners and the quality of their work. Let me say, they did not disappoint. Both Ken and Hannah were a pleasure to work with, and they did a great job. Ken replaced the three small brackets with two larger brackets, and we are quite happy with the result. read more

Ken was very responsive and professional. He arrived on time and quickly identified the issue. Very happy with his service

I love my custom shower door! I realized I did not review this business after my install over 2 years ago. They did a beautiful job! Great customer service too! I'd recommend this business 100% and I have to a few friends! read more

Good customer service and a great install and final product!!! My wife and I were very pleased!

Can't speak highly enough about our experience with Legendary Glass! Owner, Ken, and his assistant, Chase, replaced the glass in all three of our second story entry hall windows. The work was done with great care and skill even though access to the windows made the job more complicated. It was clear that doing an A+ job is a priority for Ken! Pricing was very fair as well. Strongly recommend the Legendary Glass team! read more

We had a small gardening accident that put a hole in our patio window. It shattered beautifully, but thankfully didn't go all the way thru both panes of glass. Found Ken on here, got a quote and once the glass showed up - we had a better window then we lost. Professional, quick, friendly. Highly recommend! read more

Legendary Glass made a great first impression with me. Easy scheduling and crystal clear quotes to make it easy as a customer. Ken and Jason came at the time promised and did an amazing job. He went above and beyond in the broken window replacement. Ken had no issue in helping to take off the shutters that were in the way, and did so with a careful hand. Not only do I recommend them for small jobs but also for big contracting jobs as well. They definitely earned a life long customer. Keep up the good work Ken! read more

We love how our mirrored wardrobe doors make the room look bigger, and the instalation was a smooth and easy process. Thanks to Ken and Hannah on the great job! read more

From the time I called until the installation, the process was seamless. Hannah did an amazing job in communication/pricing/scheduling, and Ken provided top notch installation. They came out right away for our broken window and made the repair in record time. They had to do a match of tinting because all my other windows were tinted and they got it spot on. Their pricing was competitive and I would not hesitate to use them again. Go local with Legendary Glass.. family owned and run. read more

This is a wonderful family company. They do their own work and are really kind, efficient, competent, fair, and respectful. Plus they communicate really well. We had 6 double paned windows and a shower door replaced. The milgard windows had leaky seals ( foggy) and were no longer under warranty as our mom who owned the house is deceased. Milgard only honors lifetime or any warranty of the person who purchases them. They did the work quickly so it could be nice for the new buyers. I had cleaned the windows professionally for the upcoming sale and this is how I noticed the window fog. Ken also identified a safety issue in the master bathroom, so we also replaced the glass door and hinges in the shower. I would not have known as I did not live in this house. I trust and truly appreciate Ken and Hana and I highly recommend them . read more

This man Tim set up an apportionment with my senior citizen father for replacing a glass no problem. We discover we have more work for Tim 2 windows. Great. He will be here 2-3pm he notifies me via text for next day installation . No problem. At 1:16 inform him we have 3 windows 1 freshly broken. That's 3 windows he can do and finds nothing but excuses to get out of it. I say how about just the 2 original windows he still says no I said I'll offer you and additional $100 cash he said no he's in traffic it will have to be Monday. Now that's no professional way to leave a senior citizens home with the way the heat wave is hitting. This is unreal. To just fool people that way is very dissmissiv Update You were concerned about the money so I took a picture and sent it to you this is the exact same picture taken that was sent to you showing cash money which you kept asking for repeatedly so you could give me a discount your words not mine. I never asked for or requested a discount. You had constant excuses and I was crystal clear I was home alone for the repair job. read more

LEGENDARY GLASS IS THE BEST!!!! In an age where you can't always count on people acting professionally, wanting to help, or living up to agreed-upon standards...I am so happy to confirm that Legendary Glass is NOT a company that will let you down in those ways. These guys don't just meet expectations; they surpass them! From working with Ken (a laid-back, casual and friendly guy) on the measurements and install, to Hannah (clear, concise, efficient, helpful) on the back-end administration, we never felt anything but exceptional customer service, personalized attention, and motivation to produce excellent results. This team knows how to do what they do incredibly well, and with a wonderful attitude to boot! Ken worked diligently with us to fit install within our time frame, provided spectacular assistance in ordering specialty materials, and even kept the lines of communication open with prompt responsiveness to texts and calls. I couldn't recommend a better glass installer than Ken and his team. I simply wish I had more bathrooms for them to make beautiful! Thank you Legendary Glass for a truly lovely experience and even better results in our showers :) read more

I can't express how great this company is. They went above and beyond helping us get a quote for window/glass replacement so that we could close on our home on time. This is a husband and wife team and they worked after hours to ensure we got the quote when we needed it. not to mention they had the best price! And went as far as offering to squeeze us in to get the work done before escrow closed. The buyers are going to use their services and will schedule when it's convenient for them. But I just had to leave a review and let anyone looking for glass work to look no further. I ended up with 7 bids and THEY HAD THE BEST PRICE! and best customer service. Real class acts here. Thank you!! read more

I had tried to get two other glass companies in the Westlake Village Area to come to my house and put in new glass door in for the bathtubs in my bathrooms. Both of them just wasted my time by sending people out to measure the glass doors and then never contacting me again. One of them took my deposit and proceeded to forget about me. I called them three times about this and they promised to get back to me. They never did. Finally I demanded my deposit back. But Ken from legendary Glass came out and measured the glass for my bathrooms then gave me a fair estimate. He installed them exactly when he said they would be installed. Not only that but he went out of his way to make sure that I was happy. I cannot emphasize just how great they are. Thank you Legendary Glass for making me feel like a real customer instead of a nuisance. Which is what the other glass companies in Thousand Oaks and Westlake Village did. read more

We used Legendary Glass for two showers for our remodel. Both look amazing and we are very happy with them weeks after it has been done. Ken was great and easy to work with. We went ahead and got the thicker half inch low iron glass. Also got the Blue Diamond seal to help with spots. After meeting with Ken and got the quote, we didn't feel the need to meet with others so we can't compare the price, but it seemed reasonable. I highly recommend for your shower needs. read more

Great company. Amazing communication. Fixed a broken glass pane quickly and professionally. Highly recommend Legendary.

My wife and I are so happy that Ken did the shower doors to our extra bathroom. We wanted the "barn style" shower doors and Ken delivered. He first came out to measure for the doors and explained to us our options. Once we agreed, he ordered the materials and two weeks later, he and his wife, Hannah, arrived to do the job. They are very precise in their work and cleaned up everything. The bathroom was spotless when they left. The master bathroom will be next and Legendary Glass will be doing the job. Legendary Glass was an easy choice - they have the process figured out. A few other companies I contacted felt like they were just going through a script but Ken and Hannah are an awesome team. The communication before installation day was thorough and they sent relevant examples of their previous work so that I could get an idea of the finished look. Very helpful and professional from the initial quote to installation, high quality detailed work, competitive pricing. read more

I am so glad to have found Hannah and Ken with Legendary Glass. First of all, it was difficult to find anyone who was willing to do window repairs. Every other company we spoke to was only interested in window replacements. We know we'll do that eventually, and we know we'll go to Legendary Glass. Thankfully, our realtor recommended Ken and his team. First of all, they were prompt in their response to a request for a quote. I called and spoke to the owner, Ken, who made an appointment with us the following week. I suggest confirming details over text or email. I realized that I only confirmed their time of arrival for the quote over the phone. I ended up waiting longer than I anticipated for their arrival, but before I complained about it, I realized that we hadn't done this in any written form, so please learn from my mistake. The day of the quote, Ken and his wife, Hannah, arrived and they were very friendly and shared a lot of information regarding the care of my windows (this is all before I agreed to the quote, mind you). They listened to my concerns and answered my questions. The whole process of discussing and measuring took a few hours. It should be noted that we have some older and custom windows. Within a week, we received a quote which was lower than we expected. This rarely happens. We moved forward with the process and scheduled a day for the work. Ken and Ben showed up within the time window promised in the email/text. They told me to expect a full day of work, but they were done by lunch time. I felt very safe in my own home (they did most of the work in the driveway) and left my home and property very clean. I'm looking forward to seeing how these windows hold up and already have plans for more windows to get finished in a different section of the house. Definitely work with Ken and his team as you're not only going to get high-quality work and products, but at a very reasonable price. read more

We needed to have a broken window replaced and after calling two other companies we decided on Legendary Glass. It was a great decision. They gave us an estimate over the phone and surprisingly managed to schedule the job within the week. Ken, the owner, and an assistant did the work quickly and efficiently. The price was lower than the estimates I had gotten from the other companies I had called. If I ever need any other glass work to be done, Legendary is the company I will call. Tom G. Ken is easy to work with and the product and Install were great! However, a hinge developed a snapping sound shortly after install. Called for a repair/inspection and we're still waiting. Was told it's now beyond the warranty period. So much for the call back while is was in warranty. read more

Ken and his wife replaced a broken mirror in our bathroom. It was a very difficult, custom mirror created when our house was built, and several other local mirror repair companies didn't even want to quote it before we found Legendary. Ken (owner) gave us a fair quote, and came himself to complete the job. He and his wife were very professional & polite, but I was most impressed with his attention to detail. We he removed the broken mirror, he knew who installed it (20 years ago), because he recognized their handwriting on the back of the mirror! He was able to align everything perfectly as if it never broke. To top it off, I mentioned our glass shower door was not aligned & it was difficult to close. I wasn't sure if it could be fixed or would have to be replaced, however I was blown away with Ken's response. He said, "Oh the glass door? I saw it was misaligned, so I just fixed it". Sure enough, it now closes perfectly again! I don't know if he would have brought it up if I didn't; he's that kind of a perfectionist. He wasn't looking for credit or recognition, he just wants everything to be right. Ken and his wife are the kind of people we will trust with all of our window, glass and mirror business moving forward. read more

This is a long overdue review. I had started my project to replace my shower door with another company. Let's just say that they (AAG) were just horrible. They took my deposit and were very unresponsive. After at least 6 months of complete nonsense, I finally reached out to Hannah and Ken at Legendary Glass. From our 1st phone call, they were truly amazing. Super nice and responsive. I texted a picture of my shower and right away, they started recommending options. They were so incredibly sweet. Ken was at my house the next day. Within a month, my new shower door was installed. It looks beautiful. I can tell Ken is a perfectionist. He takes his time to make sure the job is done right. I ended up having them install 2 more showers doors in my house. You can not go wrong with with Ken and Hannah. I've had my new shower doors for a year now and they still look brand new. We are remodeling an entire house. I had 5 showers that needed new glass. I interviewed 3 companies. They were all roughly the same price and I actually liked all 3 very much. I was having a tough time deciding so I went to the reviews and decided on Legendary Glass because of their 5-star reviews and because of Ken's attention to detail, lovely demeanor and his follow through and that was all before any installation! We are now finished with the job. Ken and his wife, Hannah, did an excellent job. They have an incredibly high standards for the products they install and for the installation itself. There were a few items from the manufacturer Ken wasn't happy with. He re-ordered before ever coming to the job site. He and Hannah often and worked in less than optimal conditions. The bathrooms were hot and didn't have good light. Nonetheless, they worked long hours and didn't stop until they had perfection. I highly recommend Legendary Glass! read more

Don't waste your time w/ any other so-called "glass specialists." Legendary Glass, aka Ken and his wife, are total professionals who have knowledge and expertise to get the job done right. We had moved into a new house but my wife complained that there was a draft in the master shower. I felt it during the colder seasons. We called Ken; he came out and measured; his prices were better than the competition; and the work he and his wife did was/is impeccable. My wife and I have since only showered in the master bathroom. Not only is our new glass door practical, it looks amazing and adds value to our home. Ken even installed bathroom fixtures throughout our house. I wouldn't call anyone else for our future glass and bathroom needs. A+ read more

We used Legendary Glass to install a new frameless shower door in our master bathroom. I chose Legendary based on the high number of 5 star ratings and the fact they are a local Moorpark business. My wife and I couldn't be more happier. The communication from the time we first called until installation day was fantastic. There were no surprises, up selling, or any other gimmicks. Their prices were reasonable and were comparable to other quotes we received from other vendors. The installation was done in a timely manner and the finished product looks fantastic. I would highly recommend using Legendary Glass for any of your glass needs. read more

Ken and his team are top notch. I priced this job out across three vendors and all pf the pricing was fairly similar, but Ken and Hannah were always quick to respond, extremely knowledgeable and very helpful overall. We couldn't be happier with the mirrors that Ken installed in our bonus room, that now looks like a real gym. Not only did the mirrors turn out perfectly, but the whole process from start to finish was great. Hannah promptly called me back when I had called them for pricing, and she walked me through the mirror installation process. She was able to give me a quote from looking at pictures of the room that I had sent her, and then Ken came out in person to take measurements and give an exact quote (which really wasn't that different than the quote given from the pictures). We got pricing from 2 different glass and mirror companies, and Legendary Glass had the better pricing. Then Hannah scheduled the mirror installation day, and the mirrors took 1 full day to get installed. The whole process could not have been easier, and Ken and Hannah were a pleasure to work with. We'll definatley be calling them when we're reading to start replacing shower doors in the bathrooms. Thank you! read more
