BW Glass - The door had amber colored glass from the 60's. BW Glass replaced it with the same style glass in clear. - Glass & Mirrors Near Me - Newbury Park, California

The only small complaint about this company, it took several days to receive an initial response back. Otherwise, very professional and knowledgeable guys. No bs and/or any funky business like an up charge. Would definitely recommend them. read more

Would highly recommend for the following reasons: Repair of shattered sliding shower/tub enclosure...that is what we needed ...BW came to the rescue. Quick turn around time, owner on the ball and confirms needs, expeditiously sends team out to do a pre-check and confirm measurements and give helpful information on site. BW also cleaned up the bucket of shattered glass (nearly 40 lbs) took it away, The quality of the install both work and product were exactly what we needed. We appreciated that the order was expedited due to needing use of that shower...and luckily they conveniently supplied photo options and choices of what would work in our space at various price points...This makes it easy....all clear choices with online convenience and payment...The team is reassulring, punctual, and precise and clean up after....also installed grab bars....and...they return calls!!!! No matter your age, the grab bars seem crucial when sliding around in a slippery shower/tub on soap and shampoo and conditioner runoff with wet eyes trying to step out and not slip...it only takes once to do a major slip and slide...a great preventative safety add-on...the team installed these and the set up is very good. Have not had this done before so did not see a need to shop around further as we needed it done with minimal grief...glad we selected BW...they have done alot of beautiful projects and we are glad they could schedule us in.. Last word of advice...do not attempted to do sliding glass bath or shower doors yourself!!!! That choice lead to my husband standing in a pile of about 40 lbs of shattered glass when he dropped the door..in my opinion it is NOT a DIY when handling that sort of thing.... read more

Very courteous. I had several plumbers check our little leak outside the shower door and none of them could fix the problem. BW Glass came out identified the issue and fixed it. They saved me the hassle of redoing the area as suggested by others. read more

I had a shower upgrade and wanted to replace the existing clear glass panel with something more decorative. I kept tacky stickers on the old glass wall so I wouldn't bump into it all the time. I opted for their attractive rain glass. It's very nice. In the dark when a light shines on it it glitters like jewelry. I got it at a very reasonable price. Vince and the others at BW are all very attentive and responded to my questions right away. They completed the job in a timely manner. My wife said the installers were friendly and courteous. They discussed with her exactly where she wanted the panel placed. I couldn't be happier with the results. Highly recommended. read more

Needed a new shower door and just had a hard time deciding who to use. I was going to get a pre made one and paid to get it installed. Looking online I found BW Glass, their price for the door and installation was reasonable enough and after Vince came over to the house to give me an estimate I had no doubt that he was trustworthy and his company would do a great job. Not only that, but they are a local company. I highly recommend them. Sofi K. read more

Saved time and money replacing a sliding glass shower door that shattered during a project. The other estimate was about 3 to 5 times more expensive. I just dropped off the hardware from the broken sliding door panel and they ordered the replacement. In about one week they notified me and the new door was ready with the hardware installed. BW was easy to work with even though it was a small project. Thanks BW! read more

I cannot stress enough how professional this company is. Vince was so helpful with the design of my frameless shower door. The install people were also amazing: gave me a heads up alert prior to coming, were on time, made sure to lay down rugs to keep the area clean...cleaned up after installation. They were polite and personable. I have used this company whenever I need a shower door ( been here in town since 1994 and have done multiple remodels). I recommend them to my clients without any hesitation. Megan S read more

BW Glass - Master glass shower doors - Glass & Mirrors Near Me - Newbury Park, California

Found B.W. Glass online and noticed that they have great reviews, so I scheduled an install for our new shower doors. Vince emailed us product information and dropped by to take measurements. Glass showed up sooner than expected, so we had Nathan and Andre over for installation. They're professional, they work well together, and they did a quality install in what seemed like less than an hour's time. Great overall experience, so I recommend them highly. read more

BW was very responsive and quick at filling my order, which was exactly what I needed.

These guys are great! I needed a small piece of glass for a table top and they were very accommodating and reasonably priced. They have a small crew so you may get their voice mail. Go ahead and leave a message. They got back to me a few hours later. They had my glass for me within a couple hours after that. They arranged for me to pick up my glass after hours and trusted me to make the payment in their mail slot. Who does that these days? These guys do! I received the kind of service that you would expect in a small hometown, where everyone knows each other. read more

I'm standing here looking at my new shower glass door (why did I wait so long to replace my old icky one???), and I am LOVING the new glass, and the fact that I hired BW Glass. They weren't the first number I called, but they certainly will be next time. Very good price (I did shop around), super courteous and communicative. I had a job that had to be perfect right down to the millimeter, and these guys absolutely nailed it! If you're looking around , you can stop looking. Hire these guys, and don't look back. It might be the best decision you make today. read more

I used BW glass to replace my shower door and the price was right. They were very friendly and they did a great job!

They did a great job on my furniture glass cover tops once they finally got the cuts right. I sent them the measurements for my dresser and two nightstands via email so they didn't have to come out themselves to measure and also to avoid having to pay a fee for them to come out. When they brought the cover tops they were too big. The guy measured my furniture and got the same measurements I did. He had to come out 4 times due to the glass not fitting right. They ended up charging me an extra $200 for their time having to come back and forth to my home due to them being incapable of cutting the glass tops to the correct measurements. read more

We had a few different companies come out for estimates. I have to say that Vince and his workers were polite, professional, and I felt completely comfortable when choosing B W Glass. We had them do a custom glass shower inclosure and the product they installed was exactly what they told us it would be. BEAUTIFUL! The installers were great and new exactly what they were doing. The whole process went smooth and I would DEFINITELY refer this company to anybody. read more

I had a huge shower project with four window panels and one big door. I also had four windows in the house to replace. I interviewed about 4 or 5 different glass companies until I found BW Glass, which was recommended to me by my window washer. Vince came to the free estimate on time, measured everything and was very pleasant, easy to talk to, and answered all of my questions patiently. Not only was he the most easy to deal with, but his quote was lower than most everyone else. And, he is local and a family sized business, so that was great for me. His installers take their time, and do quality work. I'm very happy with my shower, and the window panes. There were some minor issues with the shower panels because my custom tile job isn't plumb (not his fault!). But it was all taken care of and worked out to my satisfaction, and Vince was great to deal with during the entire process. I will not hesitate to give all of my glass work to BW in the future. read more
