I am out of state and was looking for a company I could trust to install a frameless shower door set up for my elderly mom. After 8 years of needing her shower door replaced and not wanting to deal with the hassles of construction, Legendary Glass made it easy and hassle free for us. They are great to work with, did a beautiful job and on top of things. I couldn't have selected a better company any where. Thank you Legendary Glass!!

Great people to work with. This is a husband and wife owned business, and they do their own work,…read morewhich really shows. The pricing feels fair, and there is clear pride in both the product and the installation. I originally purchased a shower door from Home Depot but ended up returning it. For not much more money, Legendary Glass provided a high quality, thick frosted glass door with beautiful exposed rollers at the top. The difference in quality was immediately noticeable. Our shower opening was not a standard size, so getting a perfect fit was important, and they nailed it. Most importantly, we needed a gold finish to match our existing gold hardware. Gold is one of the hardest finishes to match across brands, but Legendary Glass had physical swatches and achieved a perfect match. The process was smooth, professional, and personal from start to finish. If you want quality work, attention to detail, and people who truly care about the outcome, give them a call.

I had a call with Chris in which he said he would call me back with some answers, no call back. I called again, no further contact. This is NOT a company I would want to do business with when I can't even get a call back after paying a high quote fee with simple questions on a $30K job. Shameful to do to people. My advice is call around, good companies will come out and give the same type of quote Preferred did for free, and actually give you good business manners and call you back.

I worked with Tyler for about a year before he branched off to start his own business, so I wanted…read moreto support him. Unfortunately, hiring him for my shower glass door installation turned out to be a huge mistake. I paid him upfront, and after a couple of weeks went by with no updates, I reached out. He claimed the materials had arrived but that the supplier sent the wrong hardware. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and waited another week. When I messaged him again, he promised he'd come by to complete the job. That day came and went, he canceled, saying he was "too busy." He then assured me his coworker would come over the weekend to finish it, but nobody ever showed up. Constant excuses, missed promises, and zero initiative on his end to communicate. Very disappointing experience after supporting his new business. Save yourself the headache and hire a reliable professional instead.

I was given a verbal estimate of roughly $285 to remove/replace all 9 panes of glass by Tyler, we even shook hands... The email estimate I received was $400+ for plain glass - $500+ for rain glass. I called (leaving a message) and I emailed asking about the new price difference and requesting an itemized quote. I was ignored.... I'm so disappointed as this door fiasco has been nothing but a pain for me.... I ended up buying a new door for $327, painting it & filming over the clear panes, which was less expensive than replacing the 9 panes.
