Where do I start?…read more Once upon a time ago, I managed a multi-faceted community that housed spaces designated for multifamily use, commercial offices, and big-name chain restaurants. Quite honestly, it was an exciting time! But guess what? Nothing made my day more "exciting" than knowing that my little city was being taken care of. Cindy's hut is on fire, but let's make like Usher and let it burn because little Charlie just gurgled...again, and we have to text everyone we've ever met to let them know. No, you call ServPro instead. ServPro kept my village running smoothly so that I could keep my priorities, my priorities. Fun fact! Did you know that buildings actually move?! John G., if you ever have the pleasure, is the guy on their team that makes you say things like, "You guys are lucky to have him" and actually mean it. Not only that, but he's a walking encyclopedia of everything "building repair", and when he starts to talk, listen. You will learn something new. I know I did, and still do. Today, in fact, I had a tree fall on a resident's vehicle. Sounds easy enough. It's all fun and games until you have to consider things like "personal liability" or "where does private property end".
