Unfortunately, every single time I show up, there is always some excuse as to why they "cannot" sell the vehicle without mandatory add-ons such as a $995 ceramic coating, Apex security system, extended warranty, and other unnecessary extras I specifically stated I did not want. This has been a constant issue with this dealership -- high-pressure sales tactics and forcing add-ons onto customers. Extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of time. In California, it is illegal for a dealership to deceptively claim that non-factory add-ons are "mandatory" or required in order to purchase a vehicle. Consumers should be aware of these practices before wasting their time. To make matters worse, I'm still waiting nearly 5 years later for them to install the "security system" they charged me approximately $1,500 for on a previous purchase. Every time I follow up, I get the same runaround about bringing paperwork back in, despite the same salesman continuing to contact me and pretend we're friends whenever they want another sale. At this point, I will no longer do business with this dealership and highly recommend others proceed with caution. Very shady business practices and zero accountability. Don't go to this dealership. Save your time and money by visiting Orel Hersheiser Chevrolet in Chino. They will make you an out of the park deal without the headache. And to add to all of this of course somebody responds like an automated bot with a phone number that is not in service. This cracks me up. It's pathetic how this dealer ship operates.

Had value covers gaskets replaced was quoted one price but when going to pay price went up like 75$…read moreafter I asked for veterans discount which would of taken 100$....was told quoted price does not stay stored in the computer ok sure....then had to bring truck back because oil was still leaking they had to redo one of the gaskets had the truck again for several hrs after me and my brother a retired mechanic some things were not put back correctly or hooked up also mechanic was smoking why working underneath the truck and garage work area was very messy and disorganized.... gasket on one side still seems to be leaking.....
