We've been using ZenDog for years and Wendy is Izzi's groomer…read more I tried several groomers over the last 13 years and while some are good, they either leave the area or the business closed. It took me an about 7 months to get on schedule with ZenDog Mobile grooming. Definitely worth the wait!!! We no longer have to carry Izzi to the groomer, drop her off and return later to pick her up. ZenDog eliminates all the wasted time and energy trips back and forth to the groomer. They're very competitively priced and Wendy does an amazing job with Izzi. We've been loyal customers of ZenDog for years! They offer door to door service like no other. If you compare ZenDog Mobile Grooming to other local groomers it's apples to oranges. You get what you pay for!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOGS HERE IF YOU LOVE THEM…read more A few weeks ago, my heart sank when I saw my dog throwing up blood. Panicked, I rushed him to the emergency vet, where they suspected he might have an obstruction. After that first vet visit, I took him to animal hospital, hoping for clarity. The vet there didn't think it was an obstruction but told me to wait 24 hours after giving him anti-nausea meds. If he vomited again within that time, it would likely set the obstruction probability higher. Sure enough, he threw up again within the window. This time, I brought everything--his vomit and stool--and asked for further tests. But the vet dismissed the need for testing, convinced it was an obstruction. They rushed him into surgery, only to find nothing wrong inside. Afterward, my poor dog continued vomiting and having diarrhea. Desperate for answers, I insisted they test his stool again. That's when they discovered worms--nothing more than a simple dewormer was needed, not a $2K surgery. They were quick to ask for money and even charged us multiple times, but took zero responsibility. The clinic owner brushed it off as "nobody's fault," offering me discounted medication instead of real solutions. To top it off, as I was leaving, the assistant had the nerve to tell me, "At least he saw you for free." I wasn't about to pay $80 for five minutes of vague answers. The only thing that felt remotely professional was the owner calling to ask how my dog was doing--but even then, he just repeated that it was "nobody's fault" and that it might not even be worms after all. Turns out it *was* whipworms, and after a 3-day course of medication, my dog started to improve. It's heartbreaking to think how much we went through, all because of a simple mistake that could've been caught earlier. I just wanted the best for my dog, and all they gave me was a painful lesson in how much money can cloud the care of an animal.

My second boy lived 2 more years passed his brother and passed a couple months ago. I patiently waited to receive the same package from the Animal Hospital so I could prepare his memorial. When it never came I reached out to the Animal Hospital to ask if it was something that stopped doing. I was told that this dog was not done. I was told it had simple fallen through the cracks. And when I asked how they could do that with someone's final memories with a pet they've had over 12 years the response was well did you ask for it? I was literally holding my dog as he died. I felt his heart stop beating and became hysterical. My friends had to take me out of the building. So no I'm sorry I didn't think to ask for something in that moment that was done for me before without asking. So I am not a fan of the animal hospital that was so careless with my last memory with my dog.

Yet while I sat there for 3 1/2 hours, I watched people walk in after me who apparently had appointments, get seen, and leave. There was no order of precedence, no explanation, and almost no communication from the staff. Apparently the only thing consistent here is that nobody knows what is going on. After 3 1/2 hours, I left with my dogs because there was no telling how much longer we would have been waiting. I understand clinics get busy. What I don't understand is being this disorganized and inconsiderate of people's time. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.

Anyone who lives here knows how hard it can be to find quality care, and that reality has been weighing heavy on me. I already had a stressful few weeks working through welcome season within the healthcare organization I work for, seeing firsthand how simple human errors can trickle down and impact people. Today, that stress collided with a very serious situation involving my dog's care. I felt completely hopeless. Every possible outcome ran through my mind, and I broke down. The level of care shown by the staff meant more to me than I can put into words. They didn't just treat me like a customer -- they genuinely cared and did everything they could to make things right and ensure my fur baby was taken care of. In a time when I was starting to believe good people and great customer care no longer existed, they proved me wrong. I will forever remember the two amazing men working at the Sango location that day. You brought me hope when I was losing it. I've never had a bad experience here. At every visit, they take the time to break everything down and explain it thoroughly. Even when my husband brings our dog in, they go above and beyond to educate him -- far beyond what most would consider "just part of the job." This place is rare. Compassion, education, accountability, and true care still exist here, and I am beyond grateful.

Make sure to get a written quote prior to every groom (even if you've used them for years) because she will find a way to scam you. I was charged $591 to groom our 3 babies. When I asked her why the price was so exorbitant (as we had NEVER paid this amount for any prior grooms), she gave me a song and dance about how adding services will change pricing. Of course, everyone knows that is the case in every situation, but we have been getting the EXACT same service with no changes for 3 full years. We also discovered that she had been charging us the max price for all 3 cats (the 12lbs + tier), when there is only 1 at that weight. I do not recommend this company!

Floyd was 11 weeks old and the last of 10 in his litter to be picked. Lucky us! Two weeks later he's been a joy to have. Our vet checked him out and all was well. We made a trip of it driving to Nashville on a Friday and overnighting before picking Floyd. Jimmy and Carol had been in the business for over 20 years. We saw Floyd's Sir and Mom (Duke and Angel) and they were medium size dogs and healthy looking. Seemed the premises were also wonderful for raising pups. Jimmy was as nice as anyone you'll ever meet, and had all the paper work and lineage. Our family seems a little more complete now with Floyd around. We look forward to many years together.
