I chose BB&B coz of their cute name , they were in my town, and their good ratings. The ratings were well deserved. I have never been a person that likes animals. So when my oldest daughter and granddaughter (3 at…read morethe time) brought home an Australian shepherd puppy 5 years ago, I was less than thrilled. But over the years Rufioh has found a place in my heart. Then a little over a year ago, he began to have seizures. The doctor and staff at this clinic have always been great during routine Vet visits when Rufioh was healthy, but the mark of an exceptional clinic and staff is how they react when things are serious. Bottom line? They go above and beyond. They care about your pet like he is their own and they do all they can to help, including giving all options once we had the diagnosis in easy to understand language. Recently my mother unexpectedly passed away and on the same day i lost mom, our dog had 4 seizures almost back to back. On a Sunday. Husband called them ASAP Monday morning and he was in the clinic at 0900 same day. I'm sure there are other local clinics who may be cheaper that are competent for routine care, shots, checkups for your pets. But ask yourself this - What if your animal gets sick? Wouldn't you want them to be treated with care and compassion, not to mention same day care when it's urgent...This is what this clinic does. Our beloved Rufioh is getting worse. It's hard to accept that...hard to watch him go thru these seizures. But we know he's got best chance because he has the best Vet Clinic in town. We pray we have our Rufioh for years to come. Thank you AGC for everything you've done for us.

We took 2 of our cats here to be spayed and they came home and a couple days later were sick coughing and had goop coming from their eyes! They caught something from this vet and spread it to our other cats we have. When I called they didn't seem very surprised or gave a shit. I have never taken our animals to a vet and had them get sick from the vet visit it's crazy to me. I've been trying to get ahold of the doctor with more questions because they're off of the antibiotics now and one of our cats still is getting goopy crap in his eye so I had some questions I've emailed and called asking that the doctor please call me and they haven't called. They're rude and careless here. HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND! TAKE YOUR FUR BABIES SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Walter, who is a year old, was due for his vaccines and an overall wellness exam. The vet named Alicia Wagoner and her assistant handled Walter with care and he really seemed to not mind having his temperature taken or his shots. He received his rabies which is good for 3 years, Bordetella, and distemper/parvo combo. Since this was his first visit, we received 10% off and I had a coupon for $5.00 off his food. The vaccines cost $25-$27.00 and the exam w/ vaccines costs $43.50. Tammie at the front desk knows her stuff and the entire staff seems to care about their job of caring for our little loves.
