We actually stayed in one of the condos here that was rented to us during a TDY. I'm extremely pleased with the amount of space that we got and the price. For those that don't know a TDY is temporary duty for government service. We were in town for training. You get an allowance for lodging at a government rate and we were able to work with the owners to accommodate that. The community is gated and super safe. Everyone was extremely friendly. The security guard and all of the other people that work there were courteous and made us feel welcome. The gym was amazing and the pool and hot tub were perfect! I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend anyone as an alternative to other DTS choices. read more

Great place to slee try a duo experience is amazing. The best of all is the person that's in charge and her name is Becky. She is the gate keeper and grounds supervisor. Amazing person to have working there and deserves more than what they give to keep her around. Im going back to stay just because of her and nothing else!! I booked a 3/3 from VRBO and paid for it. The next they send me a confirmation for a 2/2. BAIT AND SWITCH. WILL NEVER USE VRBO AGAIN. They make it nearly impossible to talk to anyone about until you raise hell, and then they have someone call who has broken English, and puts you on terminal hold.......... Beautiful well decorated spacious condos that are gated and safe, across the street from the beach. There are large private balconies with each condo. There are lots of amenities, a big pool area with tables and umbrellas, lounging chairs, lots of palm trees to give you that beach vibe, as well as an indoor hot tub. It is quiet and very relaxing, 5 minutes away from Walmart and Rouses. My only complaint is that you have to cross 6 lanes of traffic by foot to get to the beach and there is no special walkway to cross over which may be dangerous if you have small children, although the traffic isn't too bad. I would have given 5 stars if not for this. read more

We are very aware that there are TWO management companies operating in these towers. We have only been customers of Gulf Coast Resort Rentals (with George and Shannon handling things TOP NOTCH). Check in was smooth...lots of communications before we arrived. Our month long rental was clean and well appointed. It is a quiet building, with many owner/residents. The beach is across the street, but the pools are wind sheltered and clean and well kept. Very nice clean linens, plenty of towels, fast elevators and the price was right. They do adhere to a 3:00 check in, and were very firm about that, we were ok with that, and went to a nice lunch and rolled in about 3:30 to a spotless unit. I would recommend this place to mature renters. We will be back. read more

I have book a room for 3 1/2 months but I have to move out in the middle of it because there was a reservation for the one I was staying, it's ok understood, I asked a week before the due date if they have storage since check out is a 10:00 and the checking in is at 15:00 and I have perishables with me, they say no, so I asked if I could stay in the room until the other was ready... they say yes ..the morning I needed it to vacate I called to let them know I was ready to move as soon as the other room was ready... Shanna called me back saying that I needed to vacate right away...(with attitude) and since she did not know who I have talked to she let me be clear it was not her problem... too bad... I am military and we deserve respect and information about the extra charges, $150.00 for booking, $150.00 for cleaning after you leave, $55.00 insurance damage, plus taxes on top of the rate, you buy your supplies, like toilet paper and you clean your room, no housekeeping unless you are willing to pay extra for it...Beaches are nice but can't swim because of the flash eating bacteria cases, water is gray and murky... to bad there was not room available at NGIS on my staying here.. I accompanied my husband for a 6 week training at Keesler Airforce Base with our 3.5 year old daughter. Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo was beautiful and modern. The rate was also very reasonable for the value. The configuration was perfect for having extended family visit with one side having a bed and bath separated by the living room and spacious kitchen, and a fold-out couch bed. The living space and master had sliding door view of the Mississippi Sound. Our visit duration was 6 weeks and we were impressed by the qualify of staff, ease of parking, George the owner is often on location and is helpful and engaging, and the gym/exercise room is well air-conditioned in the Spring/Summer (so appreciated, great equipment too). The location is ideal to the beach and nearby Gulfport, Biloxi, and only 15 min from Keesler Air Force Base. The condo has a washer and dryer. The kitchen has modern appliances and granite counter tops. The outdoor balcony is private yet spacious. Upon arrival my husband noticed the carpets needed professional cleaning and his request was completed right away. Staff was accessible to help with a request. We were on the 5th floor and the elevators are quick. The condo grounds and parking are monitored by security which requires a parking pass and electronic keys. If you forget your key, security staff will help identify you (Brad was awesome). Parking is easy, right beside the condo enclosed within the secure grounds. Legacy also offers an entertainment space, library, indoor pool, outdoor pool, sauna, & pool showers. My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Legacy Towers and highly recommend it. read more

DO NOT stay at this place!!!!!! This place is so unwelcoming, and especially for someone who is here for military reasons I've never felt so unwanted at a place. I'm constantly getting complaints even though I'm just minding my own business. Nothing is open here so in order to tan I choose to go right outside my patio area, was told I cannot do that even though my neighbor(she owns her unit) and I both do it and she has been told nothing. The air conditioning does not work and nobody is ever able to come look at it(it's 85 with 100% humidity here) one of the light fixtures fell leaving glass all over my condo and I had to clean it up. No music can be playing in your car or you will get a complaint, the WiFi is terrible. I mind my own business, work all day and do homework at night and with everything being closed; pool, workout room, Rec room, I stay active and busy in other ways, never bothering anyone. DO NOT STAY AT THE LEGACY TOWERS! read more

Stayed for a girls weekend at legacy tower 1, unit 506. Rented through VRBO. Owners kept in touch and there were nice personal touches. Place was clean and modern. As far as the building itself, would have been nice to have electric doors- it's hard bringing in the luggage racks when you have to hold the door open to get into the foyer with the elevator, also the pool could have been cleaner but it had just stormed. This place was pretty good, right on the beach and very nice and clean. Close to many attractions in the area. Have own washer/dryer, full kitchen. Just a few things- the rooms facing the walkway to the elevators didn't have curtains and the light came in all night, hard to sleep. We rented through "Frank" with VRBO...unit 2106... Claimed to be "ocean front, ocean view." Unit 2106 was neither. The first thing we encountered was there was no garage door opener; the previous renter took it home with her. "Sorry for any inconvenience," said Frank. Then, as we climbed the filthy carpeted stairs to the condo, there was a general smell of "dirty." While the condo was roomy and served its purpose, we were less than impressed. It needs serious updates and a deep-clean. Someone left a wet mop out on the three-sided, stuffy (the fan and light did not work) balcony. That wet mop stayed on the balcony our entire stay and never did dry...that is what I am assuming they "mop" the floors with... About two days into our 6 night stay, we noticed ants and reported them to Frank. His response was that ants only climb to second floor because of sweet stuff...and so, I informed Frank I believed that ants generally climb because of wet, rainy conditions flooding them out (it rained quite a bit while we were there) and that we had noted there were ant baits already there when we got there. That was when he informed us that no, those traps were for the ROACHES! Of course, that is when my husband confessed he had seen a roach in the kitchen the previous day! Needless to say, the condo served it purpose, but Frank's customer service and attentiveness were less than to be desired. The cleanliness was below standard...If you choose to stay, make sure you bring dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, as you are expected to wash dishes in dishwasher prior to leaving and wash towels prior to leaving, with what I can only assume would be soap provided by the renter... I've stayed in many condos over the years and dealt with many owners, but this one definitely was one of our less than desirable experiences. read more

The floors to our condo were dirty. So dirty that if you shower, your feet are black by the time you reach your bed. There were even fecal stains on the wall by the toilet where toilet water had flung off of the plunger. Our room should have slept 10, but the sleeper sofa was broken. We got the run around for several day until it was corrected and then we were not completely satisfied with the resolution. Conclusion: Stay somewhere else. read more

I just wanted to say the rental company, Biloxi Beach Rental Company is NOT who I would rent with. The Towers are going thru some refurbishments. Our balcony is closed. They say they told renters about the work by putting it on the website but it wasn't there when we booked. They said the work will be done by June 1st. Not even close. I am not happy with the situation. They won't even listen to our grievances. Won't be back! read more
