    If I could give this company zero stars, I would. A couple of my breakers tripped on Monday,…read more4/21/25, after a bad storm and I contacted my warranty company to request a service repair. The technician came out on 4/23/25 and said that he wasn't able to fix the breakers and would look in the area for parts and if he couldn't find anything, they would have to order the parts. I heard back from the technician via text around 8:40 PM and he stated they would order the parts but would check at one more place the next morning and follow up with me. I didnt hear anything back and I reached out via text at 1:33 PM on 4/24/25 asking for an update. The technician still didn't have an update and said he would follow up shortly - I didn't hear back. I texted again at 5:49 PM and asked for a manager to call me. He called within 30 minutes and told me that the parts wouldn't be in until Monday, 4/28/25, and they would schedule a time after that to come out and do repairs. I told him that I was still waiting on someone to reach out to see if they had found the parts locally and, if not, to get an estimate of when the repairs would be done. He got extremely rude with me and said that I could have called in for an update and that wasn't his problem. He also said I could call my warranty company. I said that as a courtesy, they should give customers updates as promised because I'm inconvenienced and I have to take off from work to be home for the repairs. He started yelling and said he didn't like my tone, as if asking legitimate questions were an insult to him, and that he would not be servicing my repairs at all. I asked for his name and he said he wasn't giving me his name. I told him that his behavior was very unprofessional and I would be reaching out to OneGuard (warranty company) to have this escalated. It's hard to believe that a "professional" would act in this manner and didn't think his company was wrong for not reaching back out to me with an update. OneGuard needs to find better contractors and now I'm back to the drawing board with no lights and power in my daughter's bedroom, bathroom and my office. I have text messages to validate all of this.
