My Solar powered attic fan motor was making noises so I called Innovative Skylights & Attics for help. I'd bought this fan (and 2 others) from them about 20-years ago. I spoke with Brooke about this problem and she had Dan (the guy I bought these fans from 20-years ago) research the problem and get back to me. They got back to me with the price of a new motor within a day or so. Along with that, he gave me detailed instructions for how to change out the fan motor myself. Brooke followed up with me a number of times to see how things were going. Since I'm disabled from the knees down, it took me awhile to get into the attic to check it out. In the end the noise in my fan motor went away and it's been working fine. But at least I know who to call if I find it fails in the future. 20 years and still going strong!
