We didn't know what to do or who to call for service. I saw a Mr Rooter truck and thought they only cleaned drains but after calling to our surprise they replace toilets, facets and the rest of anything plumbing. It was the best experience of any home improvements that we ever had made. The technician was Chris Parlett and his attention to detail, doing it right and explanation of things was amazing. We had a big enough job that we had to come back twice in which he choose to come back and work Saturday to complete the job and keep us very comfortable. It was so sad that the other plumbers had done such a bad job and did not return calls or texts. They had bad attitudes and were tough to talk with. Chris explained everything and the cost was less than the two private owned businesses in Ashland, Ohio. So disappointed in the services that Ashland small business offered.
